The Coastal/real meaning of Mganga is someone who heals (healer).
But also know that there's a difference between Mganga/ mganga wa kienyeji na mchawi.
Just like we can say "YESU ni BWANA wa mabwana" but not refer to Bwana as in Husbands but Bwana/Lord.
Also of all wagangas there are in this world, HE, JESUS, supercedes them all.
It's all about how to interpret it.
