I upgraded the 509CT with all the Apex stuff and really enjoy it. As soon as I did, they came out with the super upgraded 509C's..... Sigh.
The CC Edge is the same weight as the regular compact while being the same length as the Tac… So with a Comp & RMR you come in .5oz heavier than a stock Tactical. Add a comp & a RMR to the Tac, you’ll come in ~1oz heavier while being significantly longer for similar performance. You also didn’t mention the Quick Detach feature of the CCs Comp, which is my favorite feature of the gun. Makes cleaning after a range session a breeze, I hardly ever clean my 509T because of hassle of working around the barrel since the Comp is Loctited on. I have ~3,000rds through both my 509T & 509cc each. I have noticeably less wear on the CCs barrel & slide rails… I’m guessing the lighter slide reduces the amount of stress the gun is under during recoil so that might translate into longer parts life as well.

Does the 509ct holsters fit the cc edge? (If they're open-ended so that the comp wouldn't have an issue)
Love mine! It’s my winter edc. With that 15 round mag it’s G19 size. But add the 12 round mag and it’s easier to conceal. That’s why I love the compact 509s they are so versatile. From 12 to 24 rounds..
The only thing I don’t like is those weighted mags are stupid expensive…

Throw a gas pedal on it and the muzzel wont rise at all
