I'm glad you're working on a table now. Whenever I see woodworking youtubers hunched over and working on the ground, my back starts to hurt vicariously
you can resize the main sofa to within 2.5-3ft range and use standard size mattresses. can choose quality based on budget. it will likely be much cheaper than custommade ones even in bulk. might be worth considering
Hi man, great work, thank you for sharing your ideas!Thinking about making it myself, actually 2 of those (without the smaller part), just a bit different measures. Wanted to ask if the backrest is strong? For some reason I believe it will become shaky/trembly…
Love this design and the very easy to follow yet technical video. Have you thought about trying your hand at making your own version of the 3: moving back de Sede sofa? Love to see how you recreate the moving back pieces
Good question! where these are going the outside is more visible and the inside is covered by pillows. Also I don't mind wood plugs showing on rough outdoor furniture like this.
Is there a link to make the cushions? I did not see that. Buying them is too expensive for me! I love this project, I have made several things from your book also! I think I will work on this one this spring.
Great video! Outdoor adventures are truly special. If you're looking for reliable outdoor gear and backup power, I highly recommend the Segway Portable PowerStation Cube Series. With its massive capacity, fast recharging, and waterproof technology, it's perfect for all your outdoor needs. Stay powered up and enjoy your time in nature!
Great work. But the pocket holes ruin it a bit. I'd rather use simple dowels. This would have been just as easy, noch expensive jig is needed and they would be invisible...
@HomeMadeModern it's a way that some narration can give certain types of neuroatypical people anxiety or can feel ill at ease. in the first few shots, the phrase ending in "two by eight" has an uptalk. the tone of voice goes up almost like a question at the end of the statement. as the project narration goes on, there are low dynamics that also have a "questioned humility" tone to some statements, so this is just how you talk naturally and i wouldn't worry about it if I were you.
@@jasonfifi Great explanation. If everything sounds like a question, isn’t there a problem? Why is this way of talking spreading throughout the population? I’m even noticing it in people who speak Spanish and it’s even worse for ESL speakers. It drives me nuts.

I am 45 and mostly have worked on floors. from my limited understanding of fitness more and varied movement is better

Wow this is awesome. Please let us know if and when you have the plans for this. Thanks
Awesome, I'm gonna make this this summer. It kinda looked in the thumbnail the feet were concrete.
awesome let me know how it goes and tag me on IG to reshare if you want. I do want to make a concrete version
Ben, I LOVE this design! What are the dimensions of the sofa and the ottoman?
Hi Ben, this looks amazing. I would like to try this, but I'm having issues figuring out the dimensions.
Love all your ideas! I want to make every iteration of your outdoor sofas 😂
You can do it!
Hi do you have the cut list posted anywhere or measurements etc?
great simplistic design. But why put the pocket holes on the show side?
Good question! where these are going the outside is more visible and the inside is covered by pillows. Also I don't mind wood plugs showing on rough outdoor furniture like this.
@@HomeMadeModern Thanks for the prompt reply - my error assuming the inside was the show face. Keep up the great content!
Nicely done. I've been looking to make myself a basic platform bed. I might adapt this idea.
o7
do it!
Very COOOOOOOL Ben!!! But... the Greek in me was really hoping you rocked that Minwax blue stain. Hoping all is well Bud, Dirty Jersey out!!!
I am not sure how well that would do outside
Cool design. Pretty simple project. Looks like you're filming in your new house? Mahalo for sharing! : )
Yes I am!

playlist of sofa projects in description.
How much did it cost you to make this? Especially the items like wood and things that are not tools?
I love how janky this all is. Remind me again, how much p/night the hotel will be?
price depends on demand so we will see
Bruh I'm about to do all the furniture in my house like this
Don't😮
@TobiasHoffmannWup okay I won't 🙄 go away
do
@HomeMadeModern I will thanks man!
What’s the cost of this?
Love what you're doing, but please consider a biscuit joiner instead of pocket holes.
Lovely video! I am surprised that you didn’t make it out of concrete. lol j/k ;^) Have a nice holidays!
Happy holidays! oh I am going to make a concrete version

how massive?
Ben speaks like he's constantly divulging Pepperoni secrets.
Not a fan of no arm rests and the portion with no cushion is low for drinks. Nice work none the less

WOOT 1st
thank you for watching!
High Rising Tone + Uptalk alert.
what does that mean?
