  • A PRESSURE COOKER WITH A SMART THERMOMETER THAT CUTS THE UNIT OFF WHEN YOUR DESIRED INTERNAL TEMP IS REACHED... AND THEN... AUTOMATICALLY RELEASES THE PRESSURE IMMEDIATELY OR AT THE TIME YOU PROGRAM!!!
    UNHEARD OF BEFORE NOW!!!
AND HAS TO BE THE THE BEST KITCHEN GADGET SINCE THE MICROWAVE..
And I use it in this recipe for BABY BACK RIBS THAT HAVE... Perfect Bite Through texture similar to what judges look for in rib competitions but you can simply raise the thermometers Set Temperature a few degrees for FALL OFF THE BONE RIBS and never worry about how much time you need to re produce the same results time after time... or if the rib type or size is different than last time... this pressure cooker will monitor the temp (in anything you have in it) while it pressure cooks and automatically turn off... and automatically release the pressure when the desired temp that you set is reached... unheard of in the pressure cooking market... I'm not sponsored or paid by anybody to say this...I just like my followers and subscribers to know about anything that is new on the market and whether it works correctly or not and this has been the biggest advancement in pressure cookers... or kitchen gadgets in general since the microwave in my honest and unbiased opinion...I hope you enjoy the video and please 👍 like it if you do... thanks for watching.

You made my day. I always like it when I see you’ve posted a new video. I have this Foodi model and really like it. I’ll be making these for my husband on Friday his birthday. Heard you say the dog wants in and was glad to hear you have a new friend. As always thanks so much Jelly 007. You’re the best.

Also... thanks for asking about the dog... he is a self rescue or in other words he picked me...lol... he has been really fun so far (for the most part...lol... again)

Just came across your video. Must say you have all the gadgets and the know how to use them. Saw a later video where you cooked the ribs until they fell off the bone. I like them not fall off the bone as you did here. Excellent video quality too.

That one is different and there are some videos on it but the air Fryer part is a little tricky on any of these type units...I used mine for quite some time and never had a serious problem... but I rarely of ever did things like bacon in mine and I think that does make them harder to clean...

I've made ribs this way. They're okay if you're not a ribs snob (which I am.) Certainly can't beat the convenience and speed, but compared to a low and slow approach I found them a bit overdone and not quite as tasty. Of course, no natural smoke flavor plays a part, but rapid cooking is rapid cooking.... and for me, ribs deserve the slow approach.

You make me nervous leaving the plug on your countertop like that. If you lose it, you’re screwed. When you remove the thermometer from the case, replace it with the plug. There is a cutout for it.
