This was a very enjoyable build video. Very relaxing and entertaining to see this beautiful model come together. I hope that you will consider making more videos in the future, as you work is really top notch :D
Thanks for this video, I love all the little fiddly bits. I've decided to get one for kit bashing with a dakkajet from games workshop, I think it will go with the British rock/metal theme when i combine the kits. Hoping to get 2 planes out of it. But seeing you put one together makes me want to order another. Ha
Thank you. Unfortunately I can’t help you with the tweezers-no brand name etched on them. I’ve had them for so long I can’t remember where they came from. Try searching online for “quality tweezers”.
Thanks for the positive comment. The sanding tool is the Flex-i-File, available at www.flex-i-file.com, and maybe elsewhere. There are 4 or 5 different grits available, ranging from coarse to very fine (600 grit?).
Thanks for your kind comment. I’m sorry, but I can’t remember the brand of PRU Blue I used. Maybe an inquiry on Britmodeller will get you some good advice.
It's Faller Expert glue. It's thicker than liquid solvent cement but much thinner than old fashioned tube glue. I like using it when the capillary action of liquid cement might not be the best choice. Unlike tube glue, Faller dries very quickly, and it doesn't "string". Faller also makes a Super Expert glue which dries even quicker. Thanks for watching and for your question.
Just found your channel looking for a review of this particular kit. Good stuff! I really like the way you talked about the few niggles that arose and how you handled them. Really well done. p.s. You sound like Max Payne. p.p.s.You really need to do more videos! I subscribed just in case you do!
Peter Cavellini Thanks for your suggestion. I’m thinking some of the shots would also be better with a different angle. Right now I’m kind of limited by the equipment at hand, but I’m tossing around a few ideas. We’ll see what happens.
Nice build very well explained step by step sincerely enjoy seeing it greetings 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙏🙏🙏🙏😄😄😊
Thank you! It’s a nice kit.
Really enjoyed the video. Hope I can learn from you. Look forward to the next build
Thank you! I have some short videos coming up soon. After that I'm planning for more full builds.

Thank you for your kind comment. I am planning to do more videos.

Thank you for your very generous comment. Yes, more videos are in the works.
Thanks for your comment--greatly appreciated.
A very pretty Plane......😎
Peter Cavellini Yes, it certainly is. I pretty much never build more than one example of any given aircraft, but I make an exception with Spitfires.
Very nice mate.Top job!l had the same trouble with the landing gear on my 1/144 scale MKXIV.What a pain!Still, looks good now,as does yours❤😎👍!
A 1/144 scale Spitfire?! I am in awe of your microscope-like vision! Good on you guy! Thanks for the kind compliments.

@@57hound thanks, I think probably Meng and Mr Tools are some of the best, and Tamiya of course, but expensive. Look forward to more great videos
First build in 7 years and you do a cracking job like that? Well done.
Thank you. A lot of credit has to go to the kit. It really is quite nice.
Lovely job.

Well done, nice looking PRU Spit. I'm just working on Airfix 72nd scale Spit PR XIX. What make is the PRU blue color you used? It looks pretty right!

what glue is in the white and blue container?

Closer in would be better...?👀

The airfix spitfire is a starter kit you kinda made it look hard but i like the final product
