you have to remove the red tag that prevents the connector from becoming loose, after removing the tag or clip you should be able to pull it. Make sure!!>> sometimes you have to press on the tabs and then pull the plug. Hope this helps.... Let me know if you where able to do it and how you finally did it. thanks!!!
