HandyANDY tackles deck repairs in Johns Creek

HandyANDY just wrapped up these repairs for a client in Johns Creek this week. Great clients but another example of someone who spent a ton of money and got burned. This deck was custom built about 15 years ago and we discovered that the contractor used 2nd grade wood - so the joists were rotting out. With a hot tub and a fireplace on the deck, we were forced to replace the rotted joists with premium pressure treated wood. Everything was nailed so we added screws where we could.
