My favorite joke is when Logan bashes Wade's head into the car radio and it starts playing The Greatest Showman, a movie Hugh Jackman starred in. I saw this in theaters with my dad and he didn't get the joke until after when I explained. He doesn't watch musicals, he also never saw Loki so the TVA flew right over his head.
Cutting off savertooths head is a call back to Wolverine origins. When asked how he’s gonna kill him, wolverines says he’ll start cutting off his head and see if that works.
The number of balls they had to juggle and did so perfectly is beyond a small miracle. This was pure cinema spectacle, purest form of entertainment indeed.
Seeing this in theaters was a blast! Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds bounce of eachother so well. And the cameos are mind blowing, especially Gambit and Cavillrine.

Missed opportunity 😭. Not only him, but it was an easy way to give all the famous Deadpool VAs cameos. I'm partial to John Kassir, who was THE 1st Deadpool voice actor and still a lot of people's definitive Deadpool voice. He gives Deadpool a raspy voice which accurately reflects his scarred vocal cords. But I do understand that this was meant as a tribute and send-off to the Marvel movies that came before MCU and not necessarily a tribute to the Deadpool character itself.

Also the other variants are: Genuinely comic accurate short king, YES Wolverine is 5’ 3” in the comics Crucified Wolverine from Uncanny X-Men 251 Patch, which is Wolverine’s alias when he goes undercover in fancy places “Glam Rock Logan” is Wolverine from Age Of Apocalypse And finally the classic John Byrne brown and tan outfit is from when Wolverine first fought The Hulk in the comics.
Unfortunately incorrect. In his first appearance in the incredible hulk 180+181(1974) it was the bright yellow and blue. The John Byrne variant didnt debut until Uncanny X-men 139 (1980).
f yeah. Still gets me teary eyed. Especially the bit where Hugh Jackman is talking about coming to set on X-Men the first day, being so nervous - while in the montage we see him working as Wolverine throughout all the 9 movies he did - and then it ends on LOGAN. Man, that gets me to cry each and every time.
Tara's reaction to the post credit fox tribute I think summed us all up, not in a million years did any of us expect disney to make us so emotional celebrated Fox's legacy, class act and amazing reaction guys!
That last shot of the movie had me tearing up like crazy. Never would I think I would see Deadpool and Wolverine in one movie especially with Hugh. Great fun film.
35 y/o dude here. I cried the same Tara. Zero shame in doing it. The scene where Logan says hes proud to wear his suit, that hes THE Xman floored me. Hell, flooded tears watching your reaction. The tribute credits and water works again. We have gotten so far, its bittersweet to look back.
I took my roommate to see this in theaters for his birthday because he's the biggest Deadpool fan. He also told me that Gambit was his favorite X-Men and how he PRAYED that Channing Tatum would star in his own Origins movie, which of course didn't happen. Cut to when Gambit enters, played by Channing Tatum himself, I lean over to my roommate as he's losing it with joy, I whisper "Happy Birthday, buddy!"
The suit up scene is still my favorite funny moment. The move after coming out of the elevator kills me every time. Also the line of "Your tailor is a predator by the way....". Amazing movie from beginning to end, I know this might be a hot take but having a Deadpool cameo going forward would be a cool thing in my opinion. Would definitely fit his character very well well
I'm super jealous that y'all are watching it for the first time. I wish I could. I had so, so, so much watching this in the theater. I can't tell y'all how much I was screaming and laughing and getting hyped at every single thing. I LOVE this movie a lot, and I'm glad to see it help Marvel in the popular consciousness. Hugh Jackman killed it as always (despite not playing Wolverine for 7-8 years) along with Ryan Reynolds, the cameos were astounding and the usage of music (ESPECIALLY NSync's Bye Bye Bye and Madonna's Like a Prayer) were *chef's kiss* I cannot wait to see Hugh in Avengers: Secret Wars. Straight up. Great reaction, guys. LFG!
LFG!! This movie was so refreshing from Marvel because I have lost interest in keep up to date with the multiverse and this was the fan service I needed! My mouth dropped at Wolverine’s mask reveal.. and then drooled at his abs. 😹
You know what would be amazing is with how much this movie made. They spend like a couple more million and go and make like a special extended edition with like around 20-30 minutes of the deleted footage so maybe if there’s some footage giving more story and screen time to the resistance. Then re-release it in theaters this Christmas
Ladypool was Blake Lively which is why Nicepool said she just had a baby but still looks great. Cowboy Deadpool was Matthew McConaughey, Kidpool and Babypool were Ryan's kids.
I love this film. A friend of mines husband was a stuntman on this and was in the deadpool and wolverine costumes during many sequences the car fight he was Deadpool. He trually loved working on this. Also the first song that came on the radio du4ing the fight in the car was Jackman singing in The Greatest Showman.
I only got to see this once in theatres, and i ended up bawling my eyes out during the Green Day montage at the end, i relate to Tara so fkn much there 😭🫶
There is a deleted scene showing gambit walking out of Cassandra’s hideout and he turns around and there is the reflection of a “Marvel Sparkel circle” in his eyes. You can still see it in the post credit scene on one of the TVA screens. Super excited to see him more!☺️
My only complaint of this epic movie. Wolverines back story was under developed and deserved a little more attention would have made the ending more impactful.
Main fox variant after days of future past is where I feel he is from. X-men we’re good and he had a lot of trauma from those events and fell into a bottle. Then wasn’t there when the government came, so he is fully powered with no effects from the Logan universe.
They really should have explained that Wolverines CRIME was Killing ALL The Heroes of his world not just the Bad Guys, it s only Implied should have straight out said it.
I read somewhere that Worst Wolverine’s backstory/universe originally was linked to a Kang variant, so when that was scrapped the writers had to change it quickly.
Great reaction! I had so much fun watching and got emotional at the Fox credits. I appreciate that ALL the movies were included, it was a nice touch and showed that they all mattered.
woohoo! This reaction was freaking awesome! NE body else want to hear an Andrew and Tara duet album, or is it just me? lol. Great journey y'all are on. Thank you
The AT4, I think, is a reference to Ray Stevenson’s Punisher cause he has a hilarious scene with the same launcher. Thought maybe it was tribute to him since we lost him recently.
Waited all morning and skipped all other reactions to this movie all for my favorites! Super excited to see both of you watch an “X-Men” movie for the first time together! Loved this movie and I love you both. Ring that bell everyone! ❤❤
everything that was called back in here were part of my childhood, but the thing is I watched this with no one... me and my childhood friends are taking life on different paths now but after hearing you guys on your commentary feels like I was with you talking about this film, making the feels doubled (tripled in fact). To me this is an end of an era in Marvel, same feeling I had when my fav anime show ended. Cheers to what's ahead - hoping to see a five man Marvel video with Coy, Andrew, Greg, John, and now with Tara someday. Imagine all RR on Secret Wars?

Awesome Video Andrew and Tara!!! Thank You for Going on This X-Men Journey!!! I LOVE THIS MOVIE SOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!! As a Huge Deadpool and X-Men Fan, It was Everything I Ever Wanted!!! Best Theater Experience I've had since No Way Home! Seeing Hugh Jackman's Wolverine Finally put on The Cowl was an Absolute Dream Come True!!! And The Cameos were INSANE!!! My Favorites were Definitely Laura, It was Awesome to see Her again, and Gambit I'm So Happy we Finally got a True Live Action Gambit He was Hilarious, Badass and I'm So Happy that Channing Tatum Finally got to Play Him. He Truly Made a Name For Himself. And That Montage at The End made Me Cry because of how much Those Movies Mean to Me. The Fox X-Men Franchise might not have been Perfect, But it will always hold a Special Place in My Heart and I'm just So Happy that This Movie gave That Era a Proper Ending and Seeing Tara cry at the end made this whole Journey Worth It. This Movie was a Beautiful Tribute to The Fox Marvel Era and As Someone who's grown up with Those Movies, It was Everything I Wanted. Thank You Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman and Shawn Levy!!! 10/10 Marvel is BACK!!!!!! LFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Honestly, you really feel the same feeling of excitement that you had when seeing this legendary work of art, and seeing its story immersed in its protagonists, and its great way of exploiting more in its cameos, watching TVA again. Fox's villains, and their homage to an entire timeless saga, have been the most wonderful thing I can remember... because I have been a fan of Fox's X-Men. 😍😭
The cameos in this movie are used for such specific, deep-cut jokes that I almost can't blame anyone who misunderstand inclusions like Gambit to be "pointless and random". Deadpool 3 is to Flash/MoM as Rescue Rangers was to Space Jam: A New Legacy.

Patch, which is Wolverine’s alias when he goes undercover in fancy places
“Glam Rock Logan” is Wolverine from Age Of Apocalypse
And finally the classic John Byrne brown and tan outfit is from when Wolverine first fought The Hulk in the comics.
Unfortunately incorrect. In his first appearance in the incredible hulk 180+181(1974) it was the bright yellow and blue. The John Byrne variant didnt debut until Uncanny X-men 139 (1980).

No love for Cavelrine?
The mid credits made me cry, too.
Yeah That Montage gets Me every time. This Movie was a Beautiful Tribute to The Fox Marvel Universe and I Loved it So Freaking Much.
That last shot of the movie had me tearing up like crazy. Never would I think I would see Deadpool and Wolverine in one movie especially with Hugh. Great fun film.
Channing Tatum’s gambit accent is Cajun and actually pretty accurate I must say!
Same That Montage always gets Me.
the scene with wolverine and x23 really got didn't think it would but it did!
We made it guys. It’s been great going through all of the X-Men films with you both, Andrew and Tara!
Hugh Jackman killed it as always (despite not playing Wolverine for 7-8 years) along with Ryan Reynolds, the cameos were astounding and the usage of music (ESPECIALLY NSync's Bye Bye Bye and Madonna's Like a Prayer) were *chef's kiss*
I cannot wait to see Hugh in Avengers: Secret Wars. Straight up. Great reaction, guys.
LFG!
Thank you to all who joined us on our Road To Deadpool & Wolverine Reactions!
Which one was your favorite cameo?!
Me and my theater went apeshit over Wesley.
@@trey_porter :)
The Cavillrene & Gambit
The gambit and maybe chris evans as the human torch
@@ReelRejectsWesley's appearance was glorious. I also really loved Tatum as Gambit and Evan's Human Torch.
Gambit was like Merida in that Disney princesses scene in Ralph Breaks The Internet
LFG!! This movie was so refreshing from Marvel because I have lost interest in keep up to date with the multiverse and this was the fan service I needed! My mouth dropped at Wolverine’s mask reveal.. and then drooled at his abs. 😹
I will watch many many many Deadpool and Wolverine reactions but! You guys were always going to be the first! LFG!!!!
When I saw this in theaters, I was just filled with so much joy!
I live in Saskatoon... the theatre was roaring at the Saskatoon joke. lol
lol mine had people gasping out-loud when Deadpool verbally named North Dakota like in Logan😅
You know what would be amazing is with how much this movie made. They spend like a couple more million and go and make like a special extended edition with like around 20-30 minutes of the deleted footage so maybe if there’s some footage giving more story and screen time to the resistance. Then re-release it in theaters this Christmas
Agreed
I’d go watch it again if they did this!
Anyone who says channing tatum did a bad cajun accent has never been to Louisiana
They got me with Johnny storm also, lol. On rewatch there is so much F4 stuff around that I shouldn’t have ever missed it.
Ladypool was Blake Lively which is why Nicepool said she just had a baby but still looks great. Cowboy Deadpool was Matthew McConaughey, Kidpool and Babypool were Ryan's kids.
woohoo thank you Tara and Andrew for waiting for this! loving the journey🙌🏼🫶🏼❤️💛
So how is the carseat? I have to make long drives.
My favorite moment is the “Andy” shoe scene at the beginning credit intro where Deadpool kicks Ryan Reynolds’s name with his foot! 💥💥💥
Man!! This ride with you both to get here have been a BLAST!! Awesome, you both. 😊
My issue with that is how would a bunch of humans defeat a whole mansion of mutants? You would think it would be the other way round
@@AlbertoMartinez765he did say it. When Nova was fingering his brain
This is Andrew's best reaction. Felt genuine and honest. He got a lot of the Easter eggs. I've given him crap before but this was a great reaction.
Thank you I’m glad you enjoyed it 🙏
the human torch reveal was amazing! especially after watching the F4 reactions with tara
This was such a great reaction. Big thank you to Tara and Andrew for such an amazing reaction of the current trilogy.
I’m Seeing that Tara is completely desensitized after watching the Friday the 13th franchise and chucky. 😂😂 “nice decapitation”
Great reaction! I had so much fun watching and got emotional at the Fox credits. I appreciate that ALL the movies were included, it was a nice touch and showed that they all mattered.
0:28 Don't worry... I don't think many people remember those 2 either.
Facts😂
Yes we do.
😂😂😂
As soon as the intro credits started; I knew this was going THE BEST MOVIE
44:41 Hearing Hugh Jackman namedrop the Avengers and X-Men in the same sentence in an MCU movie is so surreal.
The accent gambit has is Cajun haha dudes from Louisiana 😅
The Cavillrine, I could definitely see him being the MCU version of Wolverine because, well… look at him 😍💛💙
woohoo! This reaction was freaking awesome! NE body else want to hear an Andrew and Tara duet album, or is it just me? lol. Great journey y'all are on. Thank you
"There are 206 bones in the human body. 207 If I'm watching Reel Rejects react to Deadpool & Wolverine"
I LOVE THIS MOVIE SO MUCH!!! I literally bought it this morning and started watching it on my break… sooooo good!
12:32 I am absolutely in love with yukios character!😂 she’s so gleeful, happy, friendly, and cheerful. It’s like a breath of fresh air every time she smiles and waves.
33:00 ish, so far, I haven't seen anyone but me notice that they gave the Fantasticar the sound effects for the flying cars from The Jetsons 😂
Who knew Deadpool would ever have Nsync in the soundtrack or have him dancing to it 😂 this was amazing in theaters with all the reactions.
If you watch the music video for "Ashes" by Celine Dion from "Deadpool 2," Deadpool says they should have gotten *NSYNC.
@@knowledge-girl I seen I'm just still shocked
Right when I get of school. I been waiting for a while. Lets. FREAKING. GO!
So Deadpool got to the MCU and met Happy with Cable's time watch. You can see him wearing it in the interview
So happy for Andrew and Tara for making it this far! Congrats guys! ❤️💛 No more spoilers to avoid finally 🤣
Man Happy should definitely be the main guy traveling around the world to find the new avengers.
LFG!!!! I’ve been waiting to see this reaction for so long!!!!!
I'm an emotional guy and I did get emotional a few times during the movie. Love the reaction.
I appreciate your effort on selling your surprise lol, there’s no way all these moments weren’t spoiled for you already😂
So awesome. I watched in the theater and this was a dream come true. I've been a comic book fan since kindergarten and I'm 40 now haha.
Awesome reaction! :) Love the long video instead of others who cut every two seconds.
The cameos in this movie are used for such specific, deep-cut jokes that I almost can't blame anyone who misunderstand inclusions like Gambit to be "pointless and random". Deadpool 3 is to Flash/MoM as Rescue Rangers was to Space Jam: A New Legacy.
Henry Cavills wolverine fist 'one two' was a call back to his Mission Impossible scene, if anyone hasn't already said.
Watching Tara watch all the Fox movies all the way to this one and see her cry…priceless
Although Ryan wasn't able to get Ghost Rider in the movie, he did reference one of Nicolas Cage's movies, Drive Angry.
