ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.

Almost anything can be a "trigger' for a persons ASMR everybody is different, you just have to find yours.
As with all my video, my intentions is always to provide you a little home away from home, where you can kick back relax and always find a new and unique experience as i guide you with sights & sound to a relaxing location where my objective is to let you feel gentle waves of relaxation & ASMR until you close your eye to fall into a peaceful sleep.

I love the type of talking you do at the start of the video where you describe the packages, it sounds like you are just talking to us casually like we are your mates, I actually find that voice more soothing than the whisper-y voice. That wasn't too loud for me at all. I really enjoyed it, but I'd also say crinkle sounds are my favorite trigger. ^___^

This has been my go-to sleep video for weeks! My tastes run far more to this than to whisper videos (which stress me out because I'm either straining to hear, or listening to someone who's straining to be heard at a whisper). Please do more. :-)

I think the duvet is my favourite noise, a more plastic crinkle. Major tingles at the end from the little "finger walks"! Also, I used to sleep to jungle and trance music, so it isn't a problem for me to sleep to this LOL. Thanks for all your hard work :)

These are some of my favorites of what you do (I watch almost every vid tho rofl). Although if I were to suggest something, do more involving sounds like the Thermojet packages (my favorite!).
My favourite is the pillow the reason why is because me and my mum went to buy one and it came in a pack and was such a mind tingling sensation great for sleep
I don't even like Crinkle sounds that much but holy crap, the sound of the pillow is amazing.
Hy! Can you maybe do a video about what you know about superfoods etc? Like nuts, berry's, powders etc. And crinkle with the package like in this one?

Ah crinkles. Also, your voice is a huge trigger for me. I like it better when you talk than when you whisper. It's not the accent (although that's pretty cool, yeah)--it's the tone. :)
Absolutely agree, Dmitri's voice is so soothing, love the hair play video by the creek. Sleep to that on a nightly basis now.
