Sometimes I find heavily edited videos more relaxing or interesting than ASMR triggering but this one triggers me a lot. I'm not surprised that you managed to keep it balanced. Nice trap code form fire btw ;) That stuff can take a while to render.
Yes one other person noticed the moons moving around the planet. I wanted to keep it simple, the fire was the focus, the back ground grew from an idea. It was a matter of balance & keep it simple.

I actually really loved this video, it's so relaxing... The constant crinkling in the background and the flames and the dark ambiance with all the stars and planets. It was just so relaxing to watch. I honestly don't really watch these roleplay videos for the acting but rather for the atmosphere and overall theme. Just my two cents!
Plot twist: Captain Aliathon is in fact a member of an interstellar raiding fleet, preying on unsuspecting exploratory vessels. His unit number is inscribed on his weapon, which is highly unusual for a standard observe/explore, with what looks to be a unique clan signature, probably indicative of the raiding community from which he hails. We're led to believe he's made our situation better with his ingenuity and calming demeanor. But what if, in fact, something more sinister is taking place. It's more likely his raiding ships caused the disruption to our engines, and likely our guidance systems, with whatever alien technology they possess. Our ship crashed on this planet, and Aliathon subdued the actual captain of our vessel. Knowing that we were knocked out by the crash, he makes up an elaborate story to lull us into trusting him. Why else would he ask us if we knew his name? He's testing our memory and lucidity. He then tells us about all these scans he's done - but do we seriously expect an entire planet to be so perfect? How would he know such detail, without patrolling that solar system so intimately for ships to raid? If he were truly the captain, he would have known the contents of our escape capsule without the need to conduct such a thorough search. I don't think he simply records a log for our communications officers, as we don't hear any sort of interaction with the ship's computer. It seems more likely that he's hailing assistance from a nearby ally. He probably discovered a larger cache of goods than his typical recon/scout ships can haul. He then feeds us poisoned rations, and tells us an elaborate story to taint our perception and prevent us from gaining further lucidity. Instead of wanting to discover who we were after the crash, he successfully tricks us into wanting deeply pleasing sounds that will only further his goal. He wants us to sleep. Sleep so he can finish what he started. Who knows when we will wake, or where. Maybe i'm crazy, and Captain Aliathon is simply a perceptive, gifted and compassionate captain. Crazy, this video came out a month after I learned about ASMR. I learned about ASMR August-ish, 2014, this video was September, 2014. I remember watching this the day Dmitri uploaded it and seeing it now, knowing the video is 8 years old is upsetting, time truly flies. I was 18 when this was uploaded, I'm 26 today. Anyway, I miss Dmitri, his ASMR is the greatest even to this day. I know he's busy with life and I'm glad he's doing well, but I do miss his ASMR. Well, at least we'll always have gems like this. Thank you, Dmitri, for the ASMR you've been giving me for the last 8 years.

We come back hundreds of times to your videos because you have found an approach that works, and we're familiar with your style. My headcanon is that the captain is actually an alien from a race of humanoids who are super caring and their voice and speech pattern are super relaxing to humans X3 That's probably why they crushlanded, because the crew member at the helm fell asleep from listening to the captain :-D
