@@Akuza1000 that’s dope bro. So Mercedes’ smacked s63 turbos in a 550? I was never sure if they used the same turbos and just different tuning and fuel system. I love my 07 but definitely want to get a 2013 550 or better yet 63, I honestly love the W221, the new ones just look like a big C or E class and really lost the charm of being an “S”. If i got one of the newer ones I would immediately wide body it to give it the S aesthetic, the wheel arches on these models are perfect. I want to drive mine so bad but the airmatic recently failed and I don’t have star to diagnose it so I’m going to have to swallow my pride and pay the dealership for diagnostics😂Enjoy your ride bro, I’m sure it’s a beast. Ps. I wanted to go 22 on mine as well but I’ve heard it affected acceleration, with my lack of turbos I can’t afford to lose any performance 😂
It ONLY tests the airmatic, it DOESN'T permanently lower the vehicle. It is ONLY performing a ACTUATION test of each corner. That cheapy OBD2 scanner CANNOT do any coding and programming required to lower a vehicle. Star Diagnosis using XENTRY is what is needed.

Yes you cannot save in test mode but you can adjust to level height. I did some research on forums and Star steps and able to save. Same steps as in star I figured it out how to save on new video. Must be saved in initial startup manually menu. Incline angle number for all four struts must be entered to save.
Have you ever looked into Dropbox system to lower the suspension? it basically bypasses the airmatic lines and when the car is off you can release the air in the suspension to lower it completely and when you start the car it goes back to the normal driving height.... what are your thoughts on this?
My thoughts are that yes it would look cool but it’s more wear on the compressor and apparently letting the airmatic shock sit bottomed out is not good for them. Mercedes mechanics will tell you that if you have an air leak, to put the car on jack stands until you can fix it so the shocks aren’t sitting bottomed out. Just what I was told anyways.

I recently bought the Foxwell NT530 which is the updated version of the NT510 Elite. When I did the rodeo on an 02 S55, the scanner automatically set the #'s of rodeo cycles to about 420 cycles & it took almost 2 hours to complete. Did you do a rodeo on yours & did it takes that long as well?

You can but from what your describing you may have a issue with the air struts or a slow leak somewhere that’s effecting the fronts and it will still do the same. You can use it to troubleshoot and see if its only isolated issue or a valve maybe stuck on air pump maybe
I just wondering if what happened when I turn off my car and the rear air suspension is starting to get lower and when I start the engine and the rear suspension is starting rising up but the front is fine. But I can’t find anything under live data also. The only thing you didn’t show was how you got to the adjustment screens. How do you get there????

Yes you are able to reset module and program new one to vehicle. I had the same issue on my driver side but I actually was able to take a used one off a 2008 and when I plugged it in my car it worked without programming. I know ppl say you can’t without but it worked for me just FYI .

Yes Drive , Then airmatic . You can adjust the height in the Active or live vehicle text modes because it’s easier to see the height level numbers as you adjust all four corners. Then you exit back to last setting which is initial startup mode (manual)where you actually Save your settings. You can adjust in that menu but it does t show you value of level when your doing it.

@@Lonnie91a I have tried almost everything but it still doesn't save. Its good for lowering the suspension when parked at like a show or a meet but once you unplug the scanner the height goes back. You can keep the ride height while driving if you leave the scanner plugged in but thats too much of a hassle.
The chrome I used vinyl wrap roll from Amazon in gloss black. U skipped the Main part and didn’t show what module u went into on the scanner or anything . U just showed all the modules and the next thing ur doing is lowering the car ..
Did you have to watch out for auto leveling and how flat the surface you’re working on is? I’d be afraid of auto leveling throwing measurements out of wack.
Yes Same rules applies recording measurements and level ground. You are also able to adjust height by inches also with scanner and reset to default. It adjustS both front together and rears as well. I chose to do each corner in mm cause I already lowered with links and wanted more a fine adjustment. .
Yeah If I didn’t have links already I would have just adjusted them with the other selected option on the scanner. It gives you option to adjust individual corners a little at a time . The second option is to adjust front pair and rear pair of airbags . Have to confirm but it’s something like -4 to +4 Range, but it’s a more drastic drop. I didn’t do it for same fact you mentioned throwing the sensors out of wack with my aftermarket links.

Ok nice ! Yeah the drop with that mod is very minimal. Links, module or OBD2 if you want lower. I think this OBD2 is best of both worlds cause it can scan alot of modules Lower car reset trans, modules, initialize and activate diff parts of your car. For price little more than links and couple hundred less than module for me DIY ing was no brainer.

20x11 255/34/20 no spacers
