After 23K miles, it's time once again to change the oil and filter on my Honda NC700X. I've owned this awesome adventure bike new since 2012, and it's been quite a great adventure motorcycle.

If you're going to post about "changing the oil", just change the oil...so much extra just to get some basic information.
Picked up a 2012 with 22k miles on it. All the maintenance is up to date from the dealership. I love this bike too brother. Riding daily in Hawaii and taking that trail escape every now and again is such an added value. Mahalo very much for your excellent videos. Best wishes and warm Aloha

Yea the madstad and the puig are the best ones, I've heard a lot of good things about the madstad one
Your helmet makes a significant difference at higher speeds too. Whenever I'm heading for the highway I'll use my full face Arai. I also use a half shell for urban rides that will have me doing the Hula if I take it to the highway. If gusts are really bad I'll drop down onto the tank and tuck behind the stock fairing. Maybe a bit more aggressive posture, but function over fashion always when it comes to safe riding. Best wishes

Thanks for sharing this video. “L” on the oil bottle stands for liter not quart. But you are almost there not much of a difference. Second, why don’t you use motorcycle oil?
Motorcycle oil is usually more expensive and isn't different, all you have to do is make sure it's to spec, and I prefer synthetic

hey bud, I tried to look for it, but I don't think it's sold anymore unfortunately. Look into the Givi windscreen, it's very good

eh, it's lasted 8 years of my doing that a lot in NYC, I'll just replace it if I have to in the future

you wait 23k miles to change the oil ? looks like you dont care for this bike at all. I change mine every 3-4k ..
