Hey Wild Ones 👋 It’s been a mad few weeks here for me! My secret project has been attempted, I’m still alive (hurray!) and the video is next on the editing pile. It involves 5 nights, 6 days, the longest walk of my life so far and is altogether slightly nuts. It’s coming next :D But, it is the longest time I’ve ever been out so it’ll likely be a long video and take me a long time to edit. Very excited to get stuck into it. Hope you’re all good and coping ok with this cold summer we’ve been having, pretty rubbish isn’t it. Much Love, CB 🌿🐻Xx
ha so this is the 1st part of the video when the sky was on crack and how weird but beautiful that was looked like when you took a dip it looked dam cold
At 83 years of age my days of solitary wandering in the wild are over, so I value the vicarious experience of coming on your trips. I have to say that the quality of your filming and editing gets better and better. Keep going: you remind me of what I used to do and help evoke happy memories.
Hi, so glad you can 'come along with me' for these :D thank you so much, I love learning the filming & video creation stuff, tis good fun. Have a lovely weekend 🌿🌿
Five years behind you Tony at 78, but right there with you on memories of my hiking days. Claire captures that feeling that, when you’re out there it all belongs just to you. Magic. Only wish I’d had the gear the young uns have today.
I absolutely love these videos mainly because of how chill they are and Claire is one of the most down to earth people on UA-cam she seems amazing just a genuine unique human ❤️

What an experience you have had. Some people travel all the way to the arctic circle to see the lights and leave disappointed. I'm 71 and never seen them. That's something you will never forget. 👍👍👍
I travelled to Iceland last year to see the Northern Lights, and they forgot to switch the lights on. Hoping that our return trip there this October is a bit more successful!
I caught some Can't -Escape-Civilisation ones and WOW. There are no words. My sister and I shouted so much. Pink effing pillars. When does lower Michigan ever get that? Very lucky indeed.

Waterfalls are probably my favorite hiking destination. The sound of moving water soothes me like nothing else. Falls, streams, waves, etc as long as they make noise I'm happy.
That night of magic is one of the most precious gifts you will ever receive. To experience an event so rare and magnificent with no warning or anticipation and in a place that displayed it so purely without distraction is truly exceptional. Lovely.
'Lost nerve' .. I don't even have a garden 😏 . The closest I have come to doing a 'home' overnighter, is testing my sleeping bags during the coldest Winter nights on my third floor flat balcony with all glass doors wide open 😁. I was so . . . happy for you that you've finally got to camp without a torrential rain. THEN you drench your shirt, pour a bottle of water over yourself, and even soak your hat. You're full of surprises Claire. Thank you for sharing!
The quality of your videography and editing is really outstanding. I really enjoy your videos not just because of the terrific content, but also because of the super high standards of video and audio. Thank you!

Absolutely loved that! I feel like I've been wild camping in Wales! To bathe in a waterfall and see the magic sky made the such a special trip!
Great vid, lovely scenery, some trips that don't go to plan can turn out special, some things happen for a reason, thanks for sharing ❤
You're just a lovely break I enjoy taking anytime you post a vid. Thanks.
I was worried there is something wrong with this lil video-I could not see any rain! 🙃
Thank you for taking us all with you once more.
Haha yeh, I got battered all winter and since then I've barely had any, starting to miss the chaos a bit 😄 thanks for watching :)
Thank you for doing all the filming, it's much appreciated as is your happy go lucky attitude when things don't go to plan! I need to keep things chill like you do, thanks!!
Nice Mr Kipling's slice for morale in the evening, good choice! 😂
Not just good, exceedingly good 🙂
I do like a Mr Kiplings haha
@@WildBeare I made my initial silly comment half way through but having now seen the whole video, I've got to say that was amazing! I think your title completely under-sells the amazingness of what happens in the video - like the exact opposite of clickbait! (Not saying you should change your titles - you do you - just that the title gave me zero expectation and the video delivered, quite literally 'infinity and beyond' as dear old Buzz was fond of saying...!)
