I read the FCBD 2024 of Energon Universe & Void Rivals mini story in it was ok not enough to open my wallet. Now that Transformers mini story immediately peaked my interest & went ahead and bought the series. All up to date on Transformers & loving it 😁
I was with you until you held up Bendis' Guardians as example. Nice review. Your points are very well made. I'm reading Void Rivals, myself, and enjoying it, but it's definitely not on the top of my pile. VR really should be better. 6/10 is very fair. My favorite character, so far, is handroid.

Thanks for the honest review. This doesn't sound worth renting a storage unit for (because I'm running out of room for new comics, lol!).

Agree I am still waiting for a payoff. I am still reading out of curiosity, but I am managing my expectations now.
I was on the fence with Void, you helped me earlier in the run to stay off of it. Very happy with the decision 😂

Normally I don’t use Bendis as a positive example, but that’s just how unimpressed I am by Void Rivals, that his GofG seems spectacular in comparison
