I haven't quite finished listening to the whole presentation, but I am impressed so far! Very useful to me as a teacher of Remedial Massage Therapists and to me personally. I am in my early 60's and have cervical osteoarthritis so I can really support the comments regarding a whole approach to managing this condition. Good quality sleep, EXERCISE (water-based aerobic exercise works for me), changing my responses to stressful events etc. are all factors that have an affect on this condition. I will listen to this presentation at least twice, and recommend it to my students and my clients. I also teach Yoga Therapists in Sydney (once per year) and this presentation will be very useful to support that community as well. Thank you to MSK and Dr Christian Barton for this presentation.

Five physio visits per year within GP negotiated management plans is not adequate. Everyone understands this.
