Nice description of the lux performance! Watching more of your reviews where you report is pure use and play vs metrics so I use both types of information on our paddles!
I have the 003, demoed the LUXX, and I’m sticking with my 003 until I NEED to buy a new one. The Luxx took me a bit to get used too. Still a good paddle just wouldn’t recommend getting if you have a 003
Thank you for the review. In your review of the parts that are the negatives, from the baseline as an occasional banger and hard topspin serve I wonder if this would still be an improvement over my current paddle the Vanguard 2.0 Invikta? I'm a 3.6 player looking for the next step in my development as a player. Would appreciate your take on comparing the 2 paddles. Thank you!
It's so interesting how you are the only one that claims it has no spin. I understand it's grit that can wear of but you're literally the only one that says it doesn't spin lol
Maybe he meant to say it doesn't spin like his oo3. He demo'd the Invictus shape that has less in that department than the S2 shape. My S2 spins like a freakin ping Pong paddle.
The LUXX is an incredible paddle. I was able to generate a ton of power and spin from this paddle.
Thanks for the review. The luxx is a great paddle for someone that wants a lot control and bring their own power.

Thank you for a well balanced review.

Your hitting partner is very solid!
I think it could be good fora strong player with easy power and has trouble with the short game and resetting.
Check those dimensions you gave. Different than the Selkirk specs,
