    May 12th, 2023 Question Timestamps:
    -------------------------------------------
1:57 - Is SEGA sticking with what they’ve established with Amy Rose in Frontiers, or are they caving in to feedback and regress her back to a genki girl who just harassed Sonic? I also wish to know what caused Sonic and Amy to interact on friendlier terms after Black Knight. I don’t like the idea of Amy chasing Sonic like that; it makes her an easy target, & I’ve seen Amy fans get defensive against others, and it’s harder to understand her character. I have seen Sonamy fan artists leave Twitter. That dynamic is literally fearful avoidant attachment. Picture a day where Sonic and a couple of the others, maybe Blaze, they’re playing the basketball game Horse, and if Amy arrived, Sonic would end the game, and the others would blame Amy for ruining the game. It’s unfair how Sonic appreciates others but must exclude Amy to "keep us guessing"
5:14 - When does the story "Familiar Territory" from the "Sonic the Hedgehog 5th Anniversary Edition" comic take place?
5:30 - just started listening to nitro game injection and I must know Kyle how do you find those bangers weekly? Wish I could view them live but I work on the days you stream but you're doing an excellent job. I enjoy listening to it while I'm grinding in a rpg, writing or drawing and I always find new things to play on my drives to work. Thank you. I truly appreciate it.
7:44 - How would the sonic cast react when they get their own Symbiots on them?
10:57 - Oh no, Universal shenanigans. Macguffins everywhere. The Chaos Emeralds have disappeared, in their place however the Triforce has appeared. What do the folks in Sonic World do with this new triangle... collection... thing? Do they figure out how to make it work? How would Eggman use it? How would Starline? How would Big use it? Is it The Legend of Froggy: A Lure to the Pond?
15:07 - Perhaps I’m looking too deeply into this, but is there a reason why Tails was completely fine with leaving his home planet and staying with Sonic and the Wachowski's at the end of the Sonic 2 movie? All I'm saying is that it’s interesting that Tails would choose to live with a hero who has opposed a tyrannical figure that he’s previously watched on a screen (Presumably in secret), and has no problem leaving said home for good. Is it possible that his home world’s just a tad… coo-coo? Probably waaaaaaay too speculative.
17:25 - In Sonic Frontiers, Sonic offers to rewrite the history of the Ancients, to which Hermit Koco declines. I've seen people say this offer goes against Sonic's characterization in Sonic and the Black Knight, which is fine by me if it does. Instead of simply accepting the fate of the Ancients like he did the fate of Merlina's world, Sonic offers to help make things better. Does it really go against his Black Knight characterization, though? What do you think?
*I’ve transcribed the dialogue discussed here in a reply to this comment if you’re interested in reading it.*
21:03 - Back when you worked with Archie, you created Rosy the Rascal aka Anti-Amy. What was your concept of this character and was she based on other crazy characters like Harley Quinn?
22:30 - Rewatching sonic prime and seeing that the cast are comprised of the SA1/2 characters, also noticed Amy’s bird is pink just like the one in Gamma. Is this meant to be the same bird or was this just a reference? I personally like the idea of it being a sorta SA1 cast reunion
23:10 - If TailsTube was instead titled ShadowTube, how different would the show be with the black hedgehog as the host?
23:57 - When you were implying Espio and Nicholle were going to end up together, did you EVER have an idea to explain how that would work physically (if this meant she would go on to be Salma's mother)
24:25 - With how Tangle and Whisper had managed to being huge gambles as characters at the start of the IDW run 4 years ago, I have to wonder what was your reaction to the news different milestones that the characters made in terms of both appearing in the mobile games AND getting their own plushies? I still lament at the fact I couldn't buy them immediately, because of the fact I'm British. You yankee doodles get it so easy!
26:41 - What do you think about the power of massive language models into the future of writing influence? For instance, an AI/LLM such as GPT-4 could be fed with all material from a Series such as Sonic and output incredibly useful insights if prompted to act from thousands of literary values and perspectives! Since it has been feed with most books written from manking :OO"
28:42 - Can Dr. Wilys bots hurt civilians? In archie we only see them hurt armed humans so im very curious if they can hurt a civilian, or if they can only hurt them do to collateral damage
30:07 - The Sonic series is a video game series at its base, so the characters must themselves enjoy playing video games, right? So what types of video games do you think that each character enjoys most? If you can please include the game cast, the Freedom Fighters, the IDW cast, plus Sticks and Cosmo since they don't get to participate in these types of questions often enough.
*So… would Sticks be a fan of games like OneShot in this case?*
36:50 - I’m seeing this take a lot lately about how Jojo should replace Amy as the one who redeems Shadow in Sonic Movie 3. I’ve never seen a more brain dead take in the Sonic community. Amy should NOT be replaced by Jojo, she is the only one who can redeem Shadow because of her unmatched heart and compassion. It makes zero sense for anyone else to do it, let alone a human character. Shadow is supposed to hate humans at that point and would never listen to them. It’s just a weak excuse made by toxic fans who hate Amy. They did this in Sonic X, having Chris replace Amy in that scene and it was awful. Easily one of the worst moments in the Sonic franchise, of which Sonic X has many. Thoughts?
*I legit thought they were talking about Jotaro Kujo replacing Amy because I had completely forgotten the Sonic movie’s characters. I was like “Oh wow, that IS a spicy take”.*
41:19 - One character that's always interested me is Rouge. Outsiders usually use Rouge as ammunition to make fun of sonic fans due to the sex appeal of the character which is basically the standard at this point, but actual fans of the series see more to the character than meets the eye. I feel she helps diversify the cast even more, especially at the time during the SA2-heroes days, where we had cute characters like Cream and Amy, darker characters like shadow, straight up goofy characters like the chaotix, etc. I think her spy/theif character and her slightly darker, mature, and more selfish characteristics helps stretch the diversity of the cast in a different angle from everyone else. What do you think Rouge brings to the table overall when it comes to the series and cast of characters, whether naratively or aesthetically?
43:48 - The Archie comics introduced the concept of the No Zone, and the Zone cops, such as Zonic, Zector and Zespio, but the No Zone prison also had other No Zone counterparts working there, such as the warden Zobotnik, and Zouge the Psychiatrist. So, just for the fun of it.. if the IDW characters Tangle, Whisper, Mimic, Starline, Surge and Kit had No Zone counterparts.. what would they be like? What can you tell us about Zangle, Zhisper, Zimic, Ztarline, Zurge... and Zit?
46:56 - Hey Ian I know you don’t think sonics is faster then light But when a sonic fan sent a link to Takashi Izuka of sonic fans calculating sonics top speed in unleashed be 9 times the speed of light. Saying to Izuka “what do you think sonic fans did good research right?” Izuka just response “ good research” implying he agrees with the calculations He also said in a interview “we aren’t aware of how fast sonic is, in some games he has gone beyond the light barrier,we don’t really know. The best we can say is he rivals the famous comic book hero the flash. So if Izuka himself states sonic has moved faster then light and rivals the flash are you going to challenge him on that and still claim sonic isn’t faster then light.
50:37 - Eggman and Starline are posed with a Would You Rather question. They either have to fist-fight a chicken every time they enter a vehicle or they have to fight a gorilla that’s armed with a sword once a year. What would they choose and how would they react when the option they picked actually happens to them?
52:25 - How would Doctor Starline feel if he met "Doctor Antagonisto"? (Your post-existence and pre-existence OCs live in the same imaginary plane right?)
53:25 - We've had Sonic Heroes, a game focused around the true superpower of teamwork and friendship used to save the day - but what about the opposite? If you had the opportunity to pitch a Sonic game akin to Crash Twinsanity, where bitter rivals are forced to team up to save or ruin the day in /spite/ of their Tom-and-Jerry rival antics, who would be the best enemies-turned-uncooperative-allies?
56:07 - Paramount and IDW manage to hash out a licensing agreement and you get tagged as creative director for the next Sonic Movie. You get to pick one IDW original character to get the CGI treatment. Who to you pick and why? Caveat, you aren't allowed to pick Starline because dead people should be dead. (And we've already had a lot of Starline vs. Agent Stone questions)

17:25 Here’s the dialogue being discussed here:
Hermit Koco: Oh? So my sibling has unleashed all your talent? Oh-ho-ho! If only we’d had a hero like you back then, things might be different now.
Sonic: I know a time-traveler. Want us to rewrite history when this is all over?
Hermi Kocot: Tempting, but no. Life moves on, with or without us. We found our own ways to endure. And I… perhaps I have lingered too long in the past. Elder Koco has looked after our kind while I’ve slept here, wandering the Digital Dream. We had our time. Now it is your world. Protect it and savour it as we would have. Take care, Sonic. Please come to visit from time to time.
This doesn’t really change Ian’s answer. I just wanted to provide the context. I do find it interesting that he didn’t remember writing this, though. If you want tangible proof, I believe Sonic Overtime has a video showcasing this.

1:57 - Amy is a loooooaded subject, 2nd only to Shadow. But saying "regress her back to a genki girl" implies every genki girl is a bad character, which is a dangerous statement.
Brooooadly speaking there are 2 takes on Amy.
    1) "I don't want Amy to be crazy lovesick stalker. Let's make her more mature, intelligent, competent and independent."
    2) "Energetic, cute girl in love is the core of Amy's personality. We need to re-contextualize those traits in a positive light. If Flynn can make Deadly Six work without changing their personalities, why not the same with Amy?"
The first take is more practical and "modern sensitivities" appealing but can feel bland.
Latter is more true to Amy's first appearances and ambitious but much easier to screw up.
Can they be mixed together? Maybe, like I said, loooaded subject.
16:30 I wish they showed us Tails watching Sonic. Then we (the audience) would watch Tails, watching Sonic, watching, Tom, watching TV. Preferably with people on TV watching someone, for added inception.

The reason some might see it as a drawback, because genki girls tend to be childish, immature, sometimes their energy being annoying to characters interacting with them. Think Dee Dee from Dexter's Laboratory.

To Ian Flynn, What if Sticks the Badger watched a 2-Hour back to back marathon of the first two "1990’s Sonic DiC Animated television series" (AoSTH & SatAM; based on the life of Sonic kinda, so technically historical fiction in the boom universe) on Amy’s Television Set during a sleepover, then a week later discovers that a comic book series was partly based off of the adventures of those "People in the small box" and out of curiosity, starts to collect these books and read them? How interested would she be with the cartoons and comics of classic sonic’s old adventures in the 90’s? (Some of the Characters in that show are fiction in the boom universe, except for sonic and tails, FYI!)
Also, an interdimensional portal sucks Sticks the Badger and the rest of team sonic from sonic boom into the reality of Archie Sonic (Pre-SGW) right at the center of knothole city on the day archie sonic came back from space, what would she think of the characters from the "Magic Box" and "Paper Books" (Freedom Fighters, S6 & other AoSTH/SatAM/Archie Sonic Cast) turning out to be real? Would she be like "I knew you were real, I tried to tell you people but nobody listened!" How would a crossover between Sonic Boom and Pre-SGW Archie Sonic play out?

Symbiotes now, without getting into too much of the lore, are normally benevolent creatures that want to help their hosts, but getting attached to evil hosts corrupt them into wild animals that use their hosts as meat puppets to wreak havoc while also feeding off them till there's nothing left. They also have the ability to adapt to some degree to their hosts ( how it works depends on the writer ), so a theoretical symbiote on Sonic, Knuckles, or any other character with abilities that conflict with the symbiote would probably not be an issue, at least so long as their attached.
Now I can't help but wonder what would be cooler image: symbiote Sonic looking like a werehog 2.0, or the symbiote giving Sonic huge spikes as he uses his spin attack to make him a whirling ball of bladed destruction.

The symbiotes (including the Venom symbiote) were never as a whole evil goo monsters that bring out your worst tendinces in Marvel comics, that was a invention of the 90s cartoon that stuck for other adaptions since Peter's treatment of the Venom symbiote paints him in a bad light. (couple this also causing problems with adapting Venom later and we get the reason why most adaptions of Venom in television and Spider-Man 3 are really bad)
The current change for the actual lore is that they were created to be evil minions by the god of darkness Knull in his crusade to wipe out all life (via puppeteer parasite instead of corruption) but they rebelled with the help of ancient humanity sealing him away instead. (Venom later beating Knull seemingly for good in King In Black)

I understand Ian's frustration with working with a character that goes so insanely fast that effectively nothing should be able to stop them from a narrative creation stand point, but I'm sorry Sonic's speed is used to fix erased time, cross dimensional barriers multiple times throughout the series, and we have character observations making very clear he's moving that fast. "Speed of sound" is grossly understating how fast Sonic clearly is. On the bright side there is alot you can do with that on a gameplay axis that makes up for that, which may be why Sega isn't willing to budge on that, and define how fast Sonic actually is. For example, Ian expressed that he doesn't like that The Flash can be so fast they can phase through objects and people, but there is alot a game character like Sonic can do with that mechanically, specially with Frontiers and future games going for more action combat. Speedsters are broken, and that brokenness should be embraced.

Like I said before this is one of the very few matters I am glad Ian does not have absolute control over. He doesn't have to like it but when he admits SEGA is giving him notes that Sonic is faster than sound and to remove that line, he should realize that this isn't a battle he is going to win. Acknowledging the fact isn't going to change much if at all anyway.

I think I can help you understand here 😀: a year passed between the first and second season and in fact Sonic and the others all gained a year of age when they were on Earth but when they returned to their planet, a month actually passed since in X, in the third season, 6 Earth years equals 6 months on their world just do the inverse: 1 year they were on Earth = 1 month when they returned. So Sonic was 16 years old on Earth but by returning to his planet he is "rejuvenated" to be 15 years old again, at the very least he will be 15 1/2 years old.

He outraces a Cyan Laser and says its almost as fast as he is, he literally is calced by Omega as being such as well. 3:25 - 3:32 Excuse me, but I've been wanting Amy to have most of her Heroes personality back. Which, I'll say again, was a *good* portrayal of her character, with that one stupid cutscene being the exception. I will grant you about Battle, though, there was very little if no redeeming thing in how that game portrayed Amy.
In any case, there are plenty of Amy fans who *do* want Amy to be a love-struck genki girl again, myself included. And to the asker of that question, consider me highly offended that you find Amy being returned to her genki girl roots as a "regression" for her character. If anything, Amy's "mature" characterization since Lost World has been a regression to her character since so much of her personality was gutted to that end. Amy's love, passion, optimism, and overwhelming energy, everything that made her an emotionally compelling character taken away or reduced significantly to make *certain people* stop calling her a stalker... Only for those people to continue calling Amy a stalker anyway while at the same time making her boring for those of us who liked her to begin with. So, yeah, Amy the generic girl is much more regressive than the genki girl she was before, and I'd like to have her back to that, thank you very much.
The only problem with Amy in the likes of Battle, Sonic X, and Rush was that her love for Sonic was made into an obsession and she was portrayed as a temperamental brat who threatened violence at the drop of a hat. Just have the love for Sonic be a healthy crush that Amy's open about, and obviously don't have her be a hammer-happy brat, and everything's golden! But sure, asker of this question, let's keep Amy as a generic "mature and wise girl" and avoid the "regressive genki girl" at all costs 🙄

When you have a new member/character and you want to bring him into the group, you have to give him a chance to show what he can do, his morality, his worth and try to integrate him as part of something that then for him in the future, will be important is honestly for what I think I, at least for the anime, it made more sense that it was a human being who changed Shadow's mind 🙂

I'm sorry, but no. Amy Rose has always been my favorite character in the Sonic series, and while late I am happy as a fan to finally see Sega market Amy with prominence. Since she has always been the 4th main character alongside Sonic, Tails and Knuckles, she's featured with them on so many different posters and games. It's just that after Adventure series she played a more support character role, though tbh so did Tails and Knuckles. I never really had a problem with how she use to be outside of a couple of bad character moments (which could be said for every character tbh), but I always felt a lot of her character was very exaggerated or people overreacted to things she did, especially when that was supposed to be the point of the character. For me, Adventure 1, Heroes and X were the best portrayals of Amy because they showed all the best sides of her character as well as her flaws. I don't like how she's written in modern media because I feel she's only written a certain way as response to negative fan backlash, which doesn't make any sense to me. The only time I feel they've done her write without some kind of issue was Prime! I also hate how Heroes Amy has become a "forbidden buzzword of character regression" when the reference they use to validate that was a single cutscene grossly misrepresented and taken out of context. Its translated differently in the Japanese version. It was literally one of the best versions of Amy, she's literally Adventure Amy with her crush being more passionate than admiration.
When I finished Frontiers and went through the story, I'm still not a fan of how they are writing Amy. This might be because of the actress's performance, but every scene she's in sounds so melodramatic and dull, which would be a problem regardless of the situation they are in because this is how she's sounded since Lost World, the first time this change occurred. Amy just has the same boring tone in every dialogue she's in almost to a robotic sense, they just haven't done a good job at making Amy show any kind of emotional range. And no offense to the actress, but they have made Amy sound like a bland, stereotypical female character, like her voice now just sounds like the most stock sounding "action girl" or modern "mature" anime girl voice. And tbh, that is what Amy's character can be summed up now is girl. She lacks any districted characteristics other than the fact she is female and has no character flaws. You also just don't improve a character that way, like writing wise that's not how a shift in character works. That's like Nintendo changing Princess Peach into a "Need no Man" female character who's personality traits of being compassionate and caring were taken away in favor of "action girl" in response of "she's no longer damseled" while making her NEVER get captured. This podcast with Ian proves my point, they aren't canonically progressing Amy as having "matured" her interactions with Sonic, its just "they are friends now because no romance" even though romance was literally a part of Amy's character, the entire point was that Sonic wasn't into romance, but Amy was, even though she wasn't going to let Sonic's disinterest stop her from being determined. This also implies that Sonic and Amy can't be friends if Amy has a crush on him, why can't she do both exactly? Amy is a romance, even in Frontiers she's about romance. Liking Sonic doesn't have to be her only focus, but it does need to be a focus. Just suddenly acting as if she's a certain way is regressing a character regardless of the change you decide to go with, if we can't experience how they got to where they are, then Amy didn't develop, she just changed abruptly, which isn't how you progress a character. And in a way it IS regressive to say that forgetting who she is entirely is progressive. It DOES come from Sega caving in because she goes from loving Sonic in Generations to just not in Lost world, then remains the same way with slightly more screentime later on. She even feels like a diet version of Boom Amy, which was a character made to be different because the canon of that series is different and doing that not only makes Boom Amy less distinct, but Amy too. Because who Amy now? I can't identify her as anything.
Amy is better than the 2010s where she literally has NO character, but she stills lacks. Which is odd because not only is her arc great, but Tails and Knuckles were allowed to have their flaws realized and a vocal point, but allowing them to acknowledge them, with Amy there's never a mention on her infatuation for Sonic. Amy doesn't have to be written the same way if they are going to write her away from that dynamic, but being mature doesn't mean she shouldn't have a personality or flaws. Because acknowledging her flaws and allowing her to grow from them would've been better. Amy still feels like her personality just amounts to Girl. And while her compassionate side is emphasized, Amy was already that and I feel SA1 did a better job because it better characterized her and didn't expend her characteristics in the process. It also feels as if they are trying to write her too much like her Boom counterpart, which was established as her own character with the dynamic of the crush presenting a different perspective. Just with how she speaks and interacts feels that way, except ironically, she lacks the character even her Boom persona has, which makes her feel like a diet version of her. IDW presents this mature side to Amy, but keeps her distinct character in check, she doesn't feel as if they are playing it safe or making her passive, she feels like Amy, just that mentally she's grown.
And perhaps this is a me thing, I hate how passive they made Amy because this fits the image developers or filmmakers like to do with female characters when trying to "correct them" they just strip away their anger or flaws and replace those characteristics by making hem calm and passive, which tbh feels sexist. The response developers or filmmakers often use to combat or appeal to these are in the case of being more passive and subdued, as to say she's "better" because she's no longer displaying aggression, which is regressive to say as an improvement, since its saying women who display aggressive personalities are ONLY good in the eyes of people who see them as good because they are calm. I've seen many cases where female characters get complained about displaying negative traits like aggression, with the fix always being to 180 them and make them passive and reserved as a "fix it" which is seen as an improvement, rather than taking the flaws to fix it or use it in an interesting way, while also washing away the flaws said character had, reducing them to passive characters with NO flaws. Amy's direction isn't bad in Frontiers, but as a character she's become a boringly competent plain jane.

      The Original Comment: -
      Soooooo.... Lot to unpack here.
There's always plenty to fear about new technologies we don't quite understand because we don't know it's limitations or its capabilities. Because the problem isn't JUST what AI does... it's what corporate America believe AI can achieve. So, first and foremost, you're wrong with the whole "AI isn't theft" because, unfortunately, it usually is because the art generated is normally an amalgamation of a number of different sources that are photobashed into a new image. It also steals copyright of photographs to photobash content and all that lovely stuff. But the issue is that companies, such as IDW, Netflix, SEGA or whatnot, who are always thinking in terms of the fiscal quarter and how to save money, the Evil CEO way, is to usually take 10% of the workforce and have them laid off and subcontractors to be dropped. Implement fiscal austerity (even though you're making a profit) because it's stock market manipulation. Now Most writers are freelance. They are already working from paycheck to paycheck. Yhe issue is that it only takes a few decisions to go "Get rid of them" and replace them. You then have a workforce that go into stress and your former workers are now unemployed and they've been forced out of their own market. They're poorer. Rich are richer. AI isn't caring because it was made that way.
NOW. The issue is that AI is one of those things that you probably know everything about because you've watched at least a sizeable number of videos, all of which have helped you make up your mind that the people who are actively complaining of art theft (Like Kim Jung Gi's estate having to fight copyright against an AI developer who did an AI of Gi's art style which, sorry to say, is 100% theft) are wrong. Again, that's a valid perspective to have and I'm not telling nor encouraging you to change your mind.
However, there's also the implications of selling said AI generated content because you're potentially putting artists out of business. It's the idea of corporate entities not needing creative people in thise positions that make it utterly terrifying for them because they're not exactly high earners to begin with and this is something that could encourage their employers to drop them like a hot rock.
NOW... We're going to come to a moral quandry because of AI that can develop adult imagery, specifically if you have living person, get that persons details and their Social media and start basically doing edits of them. Now. How damaging is that going to be to people? Not to say that people will know the AI is fake, but the fact that you see a co-worker or your school teacher in AI generated images? What if someone hated someone you cared about, spread an AI generated image of them that wasn't real, but it's gotten to the point where it's hard to notice the difference, and then you see that? That's psychologically damaging, AND it's probably going to destroy their lives.
So, why am I saying all of this? Because you have to understand that PEOPLE are behind creativity. All of whom have to pay rent in this hellish time where it costs sickening amounts of money to live a normal life. And those people who have made a living on their creativity normally aren't making mega bucks at it and now it looks like the hype of AI could encourage people with cash who don't like spending cash to STOP spending cash on creativity and just send it across to an AI.
But, to say that I'm not against you entirely, I actually quite like some AI generators. One in particular is a pallette picker for artists and the like which helps me pick colours for my work.... Though that's 1 vs how many thousands?
Sorry for the long text because this is me editing it down to fit.
Tl;dr; - AI is kind of a scam.

@@powervidsful Guess what, many people who don't like how AI has been rolled out or scraped their data have indeed researched it. I'm also an artist, I've also tested and read up extensively on how "AI art generators" or GLLMM models work. These things don't "learn" so much as copy/memorize pixel or text arrangement. It can't say "oh that's a tee, let me try to make it" because it has zero concept of what a "tree" even is. They're only as good as the database they're trained on, and can only function via absurdly large datasets with which they can identify enough commonalities/trends among the collective online works of artists/writers in order to regurgitate an output. So in essence it's profiting and functioning via the work of other people without crediting, compensating, or asking permission to use their data. If we live in a world that values privacy, copyright protection and personal property then yeah, it's pretty much theft.
Tldr; Yeah AI is a pretty scammy case of big businesses asking for forgiveness not permission regarding copyrighted property. Companies have only made it open source in order to outsource the beta testing work onto the public. This isn't fear mongering, it's basic facts that anyone can find if they look up a technical paper and read it without rose-tinted glasses.

@@irkendragon Firstly, it is true that AI models are only as good as the data they are trained on, and they do not "understand" concepts like humans do. However, this does not mean that they are simply copying and pasting existing data. AI models use complex algorithms and statistical methods to identify patterns and make predictions based on the data they are given. While they are not truly "creative" in the way humans are, they can produce novel outputs that are not simply copies of their input data.
it is not accurate to say that AI is inherently theft. Many companies and individuals are using AI in innovative and beneficial ways, such as in healthcare, environmental monitoring, and scientific research. There are also efforts underway to develop more ethical and transparent AI systems, such as the concept of "explainable AI" which aims to make AI decision-making more understandable to humans. Finally, the assertion that companies are only making AI open source in order to outsource beta testing is misleading. Open source development is a common practice in the software industry, and it allows for collaboration and innovation across a wide range of stakeholders. Many companies also release open source AI models as a way to give back to the community and foster further development.
In summary, while there are certainly valid concerns around the use of AI and its impact on privacy and data ownership, it is not accurate to dismiss it as a "scammy" or "theft." AI has the potential to bring about significant benefits to society, and there are efforts underway to develop more ethical and transparent AI systems.
