Actually guys, it’s a lot safer to make your own sea salt spray because you know exactly what ingredients are going in as opposed to using store-bought sea salt sprays that are filled with alcohol fragrance and chemicals that only make your hair more brittle and potentially fall off faster, so yes use your own sea salt spray when you go into the beach it’s just salt and water and your hair is amazing

- 1 cup (240 ml) of warm water
- 1 to 2 teaspoons of sea salt

Make your own=cheap so, here’s a recipe
Use a cup of hot water with a tablespoon of salt, it could be white or pink Himalayan. and then a half teaspoon of any oil, yes olive works.
Shake before every use. You can trust me I did my research.

Using a home made sea salt spray is fine, the only difference is that you need to put essential oils that companies do, to make One just add warm water and salt, then add oils on it then ur good to go.
