I'm a women about to get my hair cut short, but I have really fine hair. This is the only decent video I've seen to show me how sea salt will work for me. All the women's videos are aimed at longer hair, so thank you 😊
Instead of using a hair dryer, try damp hair, apply sea salt, comb through the opposite side you want to style it, then let it dry naturally, then apply product in damp or dry hair since it has more resistance to the side you style to, it will create volume
Thanks for this! I am female but I just got my hair cut really short (effectively a short back and sides) and my boyfriend suggested sea salt spray, after this I know more why he recommended it, I'll give it a go
I've got some exciting (well, I like to think it is 🤔) things coming up in the next few weeks. Keep your eyes peeled on social (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) to see them as soon as they happen!
Robin James is it normal for people to have curly hair on top and sides and not curly at the back. I am very curious bc my hair is like that. Can you explain if it is natural or is it damage and if it is damage how do I know if it is? Also can you make like tutorial how to straighten your hair naturally. I like your hair it's soooo straight and I am very jealous :(.
Yet Another excellent video Robin I picked up a bottle of sea salt spray but wasn't quite sure how to get the best results now I know your videos are always informative keep it up 🙂
Ok, a bit of complaining: I really find it hard to not wash my hair every 2 days. It stinks and feels greasy. BUT if I use a product on hair, the grease disappears, but the smell remains. My mum said this to me, when I only washed my hair once in 2 weeks, and I can't disagree. I really don't like stinky hair. Do you find your hair stinks? Anyway your channel has grown way high, and your videos look so professional. I am very proud of you. I would hire you.
Роберт Пашкевич i noticed that if i use mousse then a product, the next day warm water will wash out most of the product. However if i dont use mousse and just go for the hair product then my hair gets greasier faster. Same thing when not using product at all. I guess coating the hair with mousse or a thickening tonic will help wash out everything and keep it from getting greasy
Can you do a video on how to deal with cowlicks? How to manage (especially on front of head) and how to properly cut it? It would be a huge help to so many of us
Just wanted to take the time out to say that I've really enjoyed your channel and production value. It's really inspired me in making my own channel of a similar nature. keep it up, you're encouraging new UA-camrs!
Thank you for this video, Robin! I’ve always wondered how to get that beachy quality to my hair! I’ve never heard of sea salt spray. Again, thank you! ☺️
sea salt vs mousse vs thickening tonic What's best for straight, thin, untexturized hair that just falls down and wants to achieve high volume and good hold?
1:58 how in the world can Robin James move is hair from one side to the outer? When i'm doing the same thing, my hair just snaps back and stands straight to the sky. Man i really have so much trouble with my hair. :(
I almost comment on each and every video of yours but you have never replied me back. But I am a huge fan,you have an amazing sense of style especially hair .keep working and keep growing :)
The Sea Salt Spray always makes my hair crispy like hair gel. Any ideas as to how this is possible? I‘m not sure that I‘m using it correctly. I sprayed it on damp and dry hair and get that crispy result either way. Do I have to blow dry it? Any help is much appreciated.
Yet another excellent video Robin I picked up a bottle of sea salt spray but wasn't quite sure how to get the best results from it now I know your videos are always very informative keep it up 🙂
tbh I got like school on 8 am so I need to wake up on 6 and when I shower the day before I don't really have time to shower again and use the spray can I use the spray when my isn't wet on like the mornings for extra volume
for people with high hairlines/foreheads like myself, would you personally suggest covering it with a fringe or just showing it off with a slicked back hairstyle?
Guys do you have to use a hairdryer on your hair or can you use it with slightly damp hair? Thinking of combining sea salt spray w hanz de fuko claymation to make my wavy hair slightly more curly, help? 👀👀
İ have straight hair to the front and its 3 cm long i hope when i grow it lınger i can style it becomes now it sjust straight down to the front and my mother has sea salt in the kitchen can i yse that like in warm water and then on my hair
I have short hair back and side but long in front to my nose. It's very straight hair. What's best product to use to give it a a rough wavy effect thanks. Loving the vids
Very interesting! I’ve been trying to try new styles and products with my hair. Does the sea salt spray add any scent to your hair? I’m not trying to smell like the beach 😂
Hey robin , really enjoying your content ATM but how about expanding things a little bit like making some cool summer outfits or like about fragrances or something like that. It would be cool to see that.
nah it only dries the hair. When I used alot of sea salt sprays, I just only conditioned when I rinsed my hair. If it felt too dry. Or you could use argan oil
The jacket you are wearing in this video looks great. It doesn't seem to have a zipper or buttons. I couldn't find it in your previous fashion-videos, do you remember the brand? Thanks for answering.
Interesting! Is there a video or would you do a video about the haircare (as opposed to hairstyle) products you use? Shampoo, conditioner, heat protectant, masks or serum, etc. etc. ?
Totally unrelated but i need some help. Im in need for a good hair wax or paste which will work through easily for thick and wavy hair. Any suggestions?
Hey robin i have medium- long hair i grew from a near buzz cut. What do you suggest is best wax/clay to use to slick back with a strong hold? I have really thick hair too.
I put it on damp hair and it doesn't really hold my hair for long. Starts flopping down easily. Which is wearied since a hairdresser had previously put a different salt spray on my hair and it stayed up all day with a firm hold. Any help?
Hey man, how'd you feel about letting us translate the subtitles on your vids? I mean, there's a lot of really good content that I just can't show my friends 'cause they wouldn't get it.
And six years on, I've launched my own sea salt spray to do all of this! Here: anforh.com/products/tvs

sea salt vs mousse vs thickening tonic What's best for straight, thin, untexturized hair that just falls down and wants to achieve high volume and good hold?
I find that pete and pedros sea salt spray is the best it has a light hold and adds thickness to my fine hair and really helps lock in my hair
1:58 how in the world can Robin James move is hair from one side to the outer? When i'm doing the same thing, my hair just snaps back and stands straight to the sky. Man i really have so much trouble with my hair. :(
