Just ended my 4 year unhealthy relationship. Tbh it's hard to get out of that 'toxic loop' despite my close loved ones suggesting to end it sooner. At the end of the day, it all comes back to your awareness & courage. Semangat to whoever u are yg sedang berjuang! Your happiness comes first, being selfish is okay ❤
