    When I watch pro players doing loop, I noticed that they place the racket behind the knee before swinging. Is that something that everyone must do as a correct approach?

      No, to accelerate from so far behind, you need lots of motion control and very good timing. Most techniques of professional players are very advanced. Stick to the basics like the one he is discussing in this video

    Why do I keep catching the edge of the bat on this stroke?

      When I have this problem, it’s often a result of my head moving up during the stroke. So maybe make sure to bend your right knee as you push off your right foot. This will help keep your head in position.

    Depends how far you are from table.. ma long have very big swing.. his elbow is almost near his head when he finish.. but thats when he was in rellies.. mid distance or far from table
