it's curious, because in Spain, at provincial levels where I play, there is a lot of long serves to the forehand. And it requires to be fast and some footwork technique, so it would be appreciated some directions from Fang Bo. I guess in China people is so focused to reach high levels that they learn from the beginning to serve short, which here you see only on national levels.

All good tips but pros have amazing anticipation/reaction time. They can predict where the ball is going soon as the ball hits the server’s racket! Hence the immediate jump/hop to execute a forehand loop!😅

Thank you very much for all of the helpful videos. I just have 1 question. In the dont use too much wrist for backhand viceo the coach says to catch with the wrist and send out with the forearm but in the backhand topspin tutorial he says lead the wrist with the forearm. Which one is correct?
