Man, i just love your work ethic, your respect for ppl (tenants) and your patience!! But i also love the fact that you're confident and usually "know" and call OUT the fact that somebody's gonna get butt-hurt over the fact that you may not be doing something "by the book." It literally makes me chuckle every time you throw your little disclaimers in there! 😂 Anyways...mad props, dude! Thanks for all the hard work involved keeping us entertained AND edumicated (😅)!! God bless...
Just my preference, I never save used plumbing parts. I hate to waste my time on a repair to find the reliability on the used part failed the test. Keep posting videos Ray. I love to watch them all.
Hey Ray love the videos brother also curious how do you get paid you get paid an hourly wage do you get paid by the job you get paid by the month just curious how that works

I like that you put a Bible verse at the beginning on your videos. Good job. Thanks for sharing !
Thanks for watching! not trying to push it just add a little love lol
It was actually good to see that. Great Content!
I had calls for cracked toilet tank and you ask how that happened, the tenant says "It was like that when we moved in, lol.
that was an old video lol I had to set and re-watch it myself lol -- people will say anything to cover there but "it was like that"
Great vudeo !!
I got that plumbing tools. Riged made those a long time ago. They are plastic now sadly
Yes my friend, I also buy a lot of tools in HF many people just buy brand names
DeWalt-Milwaukee here too. Nice arsenal you have. No matter how hard I try, I can never master the 3rd stage { feathering } of spackle.
It took me a very long time to master it, Now I don't think twice about DW repairs. It all about thin layers
Awesome video. Love the shop setup
Thanks 👍
Ridgid makes a faucet tool that is similiar (but 90% plastic now of course)

Just wondering, whats with all the propane tanks in your tool room? Hope you don't smoke in there!
