There are hand muscles, thenar and opisthenar muscle groups, that are tiny and most often not considered as muscles since they are very flush to the skin layer. Those are as I call construction guy muscles, since they carry logs, bricks all sort of powered and powerless tools that just activate all that tiny flesh.
tbh i love deadhangs one of the goated exercizes to build core muscles, forearms and height and maybe more idk i am a martial artist so i already do deadhangs to build my core muscles
Yeah man your body has weight too untile you can literally handle your own body weight with ease strength will keep adding up if you've gotten too strong or already too strong add weight like a backpack full of stuff say books to make it heavier or a weighted vest and so on

I feel like there should be a disclaimer in this video, some of those exercises are really hard and you can get injured really easily if you don't know the proper form or have the strength to do them
Just my opinion, but shpinx push ups beat diamond by alot, i didnt have a gym one time so i had to do home workout, so i did shpinx push ups and they felt great and really made my triceps sore unlike the diamond where some of my chest still takes over. Great video tho!!!!

Repping to failure) 50 half body diamond push up (just like the previous one) update:now it's normal diamond push up 50 close grip row(like the others 2. I can't do close grip chin-up without my biceps fatigue in just 2 reps 🥹) Oh btw, how can you decrease pain on your fingers while doing push up?
When it comes to these things you really need to take accountability of your health as well, as the dude said did you rest, eat and sleep well? These factors could play a huge role in building muscle i would not suggest doing the same workout everyday implement rest days for you to fully recover and sometimes even after a month of work would not show much results, you must be consistent brother even if im still having trouble doing the planche perfectly and I’m like a year into my calisthenics journey so have patience friend😅😅
Gymnast here... probably best to watch more and research more about how we do stuff as what you pointed out is incorrect. And yes we have a natural way of curling with our biceps... we are constantly switching from a gym junkie perspective of compound to static to iso in several move or in one flow.

Do this workout daily. For best results have just a banana in the morning before doing this.
