It’s really nice seeing young people passionate for what they do and knowing their shit!!!
Thanks!!
Nice attention to detail man, so good to see another young man doing quality work
Appreciate it bro! glad you liked the video
That is a LOT of work.
😳 Wow!! Simply amazing artistic talents, skills, patience and attention to details!! Awesome work!! Wow!!
Thank you very much!
Thank you so much! You totally educated me on cement stamping which I was considering for my tired porch. Now I know what to say to a contractor. Much appreciated!
Glad it was helpful! Make sure the contractor is experienced with stamping though!!
You did a great job. You are detailed & patient.
Thank you :)
You are f****** amazing and a true inspiration. Great video Homey.
Thanks man :)
Great job, simple & to the point!
Glad it was helpful!
Wow! Fantastic! You're very detail oriented. I catch a spot that needs attention and you're already on it. Please use my patio and steps for your next DIY video. Lol!
Thanks!!
This turned out really nice. I didn't even know concrete could look so good.
Thank you! Cheers!
Great video. I'm sure I wouldn't do my house myself but I'll know to look for imperfections. Thanks.
No problem! God forbid anything does go wrong, we can hook you up with a contractor that knows our products and specializes in this stuff :)
@@GlobMarble I live in the San Gabriel Valley area in California. Who would you recommend contacting. I usually like getting 3-4 quotes. I need to resurface/repair, then be able to do stamped concrete afterwards. Liked the pattern you used. It's exactly what I'm looking for my patio.
Darn. I wish you were In Canada. Great job!!
Aquí en México hacen esos trabajos y más, y sin moldes puro ingenio Mexicano.
Amazing!!!! Honestly i would’ve used the same colors you did, it came out perfect!
Thanks!!
You need more subs! Great videos.
Thanks man it's really appreciated :)
Just gorgeous!!!💯
Thank you!!
I want to start making things with concrete now. Thanks
It isn't as hard as it looks! I recommend making samples because the second time will always be easier than the first :)
It's an overlay method, it's cool

From Algeria I wish you success in your work, just as I hope America will recover from Corolla disease
Thanks man!
Excelente trabajo amigo felicitaciones
Thanks!!
Thank you that is really awesome, they look so real, great job. Do they also give some kind of instruction step by step when you making a driveway.
Thanks, again.
That so amazing ...kip the good working ...
Thanks!!
Beautiful!
Thank you!
Beatifull work!!
Thank you! Cheers!
Great instructions 💯. Thanks 👍
Glad it was helpful!
This video was super helpful. I have a stamped concrete driveway that needs some TLC. So my interest piqued @10:10. Semi-transparent stain! Going to get some now!
Glad it was helpful!
You do very nice work 👍
Thanks!
Great job , is it possible to do it in a way where car pass to garage car ??
Beautiful
Thank you! Cheers!
thanks to your very informative video ....
Most welcome!
Very well done 👏
Thank you!
Great job!
Thanks!
Would have loved to see this done in an interior room where you don't have easy access around the edges of the project. Otherwise, I'm addicted to your videos. As a former faux finish plasterer/painter , I'm absolutely mesmerized by the texture/viscosity of your products. Can't wait to get my hands on some of it to try it out! Great videos!
Thanks :) Video of stamping an entire porch, backyard, walkway and sidewalk coming soon!! We will cover tight working spaces there
Great job! Thanks for the break down. Looks intimidating, but worth a try.
You can do it! If you like, you could start with a sample like me on a plywood board :)
GlobMarble ,
Will this hold up to vehicle traffic in a driveway ?
I want to oder a kit to make a test sample on plywood for a customer.
@@BlueOriginAire I like that information also.
Thanks.
Wow. Great work
Thanks!!
That looks like a whole lotta something I would have zero interest in doing hahaha, but it looks GREAT I'd pay someone to do it!
Thanks! Well now you know whether the contactor is going a good job or not :)
Very Professional
Thanks!
What type of concrete should I use if I’m doing this as bedroom flooring? (High strength, fast setting, etc.?)
BEAUTIFUL
Thank you! 😊
What a great video, sweetie! I love the color(s) you used or I would possibly use a slightly lighter "tan" for our front porch.
One quick question. What do you do with regard to VERTICAL surfaces? I would love to do this for our porch but then we'd have 8"-10" inches of ugly vertical concrete on the very front.
Thanks for such a great, informative video!!! 🏆
Thank you!! We also have many vertical stamps that can be found right here globmarble.com/stamped-concrete/wall-stamps/ The vertical wall stamps are smaller and easier to use, but in theory floor stamps could also be used vertically if you have enough people working on the wall. there is also a specific way of stamping, and specific materials needed for vertical stamps. you can find all about that in this video- ua-cam.com/video/-0Soi8eSdXw/v-deo.html&
@@GlobMarble Thanks sooo much! That's awesome!!!
Yes, lighter tan would look great in this design.
Well...I’m impressed...
Thanks!
Good job
Thanks!!
Awesome!
Glad you liked it!
Well done!
Glad you liked it!!

Yes we do, all the materials are linked in the description. You can purchase them through the website, or email sales@globmarble.com

I am interstin a baut the stamps
Amazing 🙏
Thank you!
Dude... That was nice! Thanks for the lecture and keep up the good job😎
Thanks, will do!
nice great job
Thanks!
Nice work. how thick is the slab? how much is the approximately cost of this finish. I mean per square foot.
Thanks for the great video. Does the finished product always have to be shining? I am in a process of turning a small parking area outside my restaurant into a patio do you suggest this for a heavy traffic places? Also what price do they usually charge? Thank you
You can definitely use the surestamp on your patio. We also have a matting additive you can add to the sealers to make it less shiny. Contractors charge differently based on your location, but they will probably charge you less for surestamp because they wouldn't have to rip out the existing concrete and pour a new slab to stamp
I like the colors you used and the way it turned out but I prefer greys more. I was wondering if you have ever tried to make a concrete marble floor. I mean with the marble running through the concrete. I have searched the internet but only find people using epoxy to make their concrete floors look like marble.
it's pretty hard to make look like marble large area of concrete because pigment will get blended with concrete during the pouring. You'll have to smooth out the concrete surface with floats. Floating will blend the pigment more.... Mush easier to marbleize casted panels. We'll record marbleizing concrete panel video soon.
That looks awesome, I'm getting ready to do a 3foot high by 8 feet long wall and I want it to look just like ur video. any recommendations on how to mix concrete for a wall may size? this is a first time project with concrete.thanks!
Thanks man, the problem is that this is made for floors because of how large the mold is. You could maybe pull it off with two people holding the mold vertically, but we don't recommend it. Check out our Wall Stamps designed just for vertical overlays- globmarble.com/stamped-concrete/wall-stamps/ also check out our video on how to apply them- ua-cam.com/video/-0Soi8eSdXw/v-deo.html
I like your product and the video presentation. What was the thickness of the stamped concrete floor in the video and is there a minimum thickness?
Thank you,
George V.
Thanks! Ill check for you when I am in the workshop, or you can email sales@globmarble.com with this question :)
very nice its great
Thanks!!
Can you stamp a dry concrete?
alot of work there
Thanks!
Fantastic tutorial...New subscriber here
Thanks for the sub!
Hi - Can you demonstrate how to do this on a Patio that includes Steps. Would you use the Flex Mold to mold the side of the step?
Exactly!! And then you will use a skin mat to make sure the concrete is fully textured
amaizing
Thanks! :)
This is a really video. I too am impressed by the depth of the texture possible from theses mats and this process. I would go with a more grey + brown/copper look as is the stone look of my location in the Caribbean. Can this process be applied to vertical walls? What would be your suggested adjustments to the process?
Those colors would look very nice. For vertical surfaces there is a different process and different stamps available. Here is a link to our wall stamp video- ua-cam.com/video/-0Soi8eSdXw/v-deo.html
@@GlobMarble Thanks so much
Very nice work.
I would like that on my driveway, in a Terra Cotta Color. The question is will it crack due to vehicle weight. And color last to Texas Climate.
That would look really nice :) It wont crack as long as you have a sturdy concrete driveway underneath the overlay and you give it at least 7 days after pouring for heavy traffic like cars. The colors will retain if you use an acrylic sealer which is made specifically for those purposes- globmarble.com/decorative-concretes/concrete-sealers/acrylic-sealers2/
Whats material can i use like oil release?
Very good work. Thanks for the video. But why do all glossy coatings (sealers) take no stone in the world shines?
Thanks! We will do a video with a matte sealer soon!
Great job!! Can I make it walls in out side too? With the same process?
If you are doing wall stamp you need specific materials and stamps. You can watch a video on it here- ua-cam.com/video/-0Soi8eSdXw/v-deo.html
I love it
Thanks!!
My floor in all house
Does it last longer that floor tiles
great job ...think maybe you can do one in a slate
Check out our ashlar slate video- ua-cam.com/video/Y6IPKbW_Y2k/v-deo.html
Can I do this on my existing concrete patio? if so what would be the floor preparation?
Absolutely! You should etch the surface and remove any bumps or pits. Then wash away any debris. Then apply surebond onto it, and the surestamp right on top. This video shows how I did this on cementitious boards (just skip the board preparation)- ua-cam.com/video/0u0f5BWmz3o/v-deo.html&
Question so can I use it in my front yard and just put several pieces of plywood together doing it the old-fashioned way of laying the concrete?
You absolutely could, but be sure to staple some aluminum expanded mesh to that plywood to have a great bond between the stamping overlay and the plywood. Otherwise it will chip off and ruin all that hard work!
GlobMarble😳 ???😳. ‘ Laboratory testing’ and ‘weather elements testing’ shows over time , the aluminum will be eroded away by the concrete chemistry. Very similar to tin/iron will rust from water. Then the strength you thought you had will be gone. Maybe you would be better with a rigid plastic mesh for reinforcement.
Love this idea seems a lot less expensive than tile. I’m wondering if method is nonslip? I’m looking for an inexpensive tile alternative without having to worry about it being slippery when it’s wet.
If doing an indoor stamp job you can use the GU-30 sealer, and if doing exterior, you can add our matting additive to our hs200 sealer
Thanks
No problem :)
How does this work for exterior concrete walkways and the frost heave for freezing in winter? I expect you would have to do areas in slabs with breaks or it would crack the first winter. (We get -40C winters)
You will need to add control cuts in the same places your existing concrete has them
I'd like to know how long this would actually last over an existing concrete patio before it starts cracking and chipping up!
Btw, it's a brand new patio done by the city. They replaced gas line and had to redo patio.
This product is designed to last :)
am I wrong thinking he should have wet the base before tossing on the mix?
Good job, can save a lot on tiles..may I know where I can buy the stamping form?
Thanks!! You can check the description for every tool and material I used, but here is our full selection of stamping mats- globmarble.com/stamped-concrete/
So how do you hose it off in the house?
First, this is beautiful! Second, if we just use the coloring in the original cement mixture and dont add additional stain after the concrete dries, do you still have to seal it?
Thanks so much.
You technically wont have to, but its always recommended. Unsealed concrete gets weathered much quicker, and the UV rays from the sun will fade the color away. This looks especially ugly when certain areas are shaded more often (under a porch covering, where the car is usually parked etc.) Not to mention that unsealed concrete is much easier to stain, and most stains are almost impossible to fully remove.
Can to type in a reply each step and product used please.
Starting with that first product you put on the plywood.

If someone’s young was to do work at the house
I would need all sorts of reassurances and references
But then I would see this and be all apologetic
Awesome job
Liked and subscribed
I want to do a small path on a slope
Probably need three levels to be safe than one incline path
Someone so young
Thanks!!
Great work and video !! You are so talented ! I live 2 hours south of NYC, can I hire you ??
Thanks! We dont do the contractor work, we just sell the materials. We can reccomend some contractors though. Email us at Sales@globmarble.com
Centre concrete layer for stamping is so thin will not crack or crack when the car or truck is driving on top of it?
Nope, this mix is designed for existing slabs of concrete, including driveways
What type of dye or paint do you use to colour the cement. Thanks.
All the materials I used are in the description :)
The integral color I used was the "almond" color pack- globmarble.com/color-pack-decorative-concrete-color-additive.html
And the stain I used was "espresso" EcoStain- globmarble.com/water-based-concrete-stain-eco-stain.html
What about the pump sprayer that you used in this video? The link that you have has a different model
We stopped selling that model because this one works better :) globmarble.com/deck-pro-tank-sprayer.html
Wow.
I want to make one that’s a mix of grey and dark green
Oh that would look really nice with one of those houses with gray concrete walls
Are u adding any concrete flow control to the concrete or was it just your standard cement bags and mixing just as is?
I only used our Surestamp bag and modifier
Mantap👍👍👍👍
Can you make a video on which one is better
Concrete is much more durable than delicate ceramic :)
Very nice work! Gauge, as in the rake is pronounced like "gage" with a soft g. I thought you called it a gog rake which threw me off a bit. Otherwise, your demonstration/instructions were excellent.
If you use the stamp for an indoor floor and you do not want to have the grooves, what do you recommend? Still the sealer?
Im not sure I follow. You want to avoid seeing the grout lines of the stones?
Im wondering if is not going to crack in the future?
Nice job ...id do it with a tad more ginger colour to it .
Thanks! you mean the stain or integral color?
I have a house from 74 and it looks like someone did a stamp job on the front porch and it's a dark red color like brick and I hate the look of it, any suggestion of what paint I could use to make it look better and modern looking? I know there's patio and porch paint out there.
This company sells a thin overlay product that has super-fine sand.... if you watch their video on their website, you can see how thin the guy puts it down. I think you could use this product and tint it with the 30 color choices they have. That way you can keep your existing stamp design while changing only the color. Guy says it holds up to 3,500 p.s.i. .....
Just thought l could help out.
Good success on your restoration.
what kind of concrete do you use, ? is that regular mortar mix?
The overlay is specifically designed to be applied in a thin layer and stamped. regular concrete or mortar mix will never work like this. You can find it here- globmarble.com/surestamp-stamp-concrete-overlay.html Also you can find all the materials in the description
Hi, its strong enough? Looks very thin cement layer.Or its just for presentation?
The SureStamp is designed for a thin application like this, even on driveways. Using regular concrete in the same way would never work.
nice video, where can i buy those molds?
Please check the video description, it has links to all products. The stamps available at globmarble.com/concrete-stamp-random-stone-sm-1903.html
could you mix 3 different colors separately, then kinda mix them as you spread and level the concrete?
You could, but I wouldn't recommend it. I don't imagine it would look good.
@@GlobMarble Thank you!
Yes but then you'll have a two toned 'stone'. You're better off doing the stamp sections themselves
Witch things u mix in overlay mass except piment color?
You can find links to all the materials I used in the description of the video
Looks nice but really don't like the gloss. Make it look a little fake. is there a matte sealer?
We have lots of matte sealers on the website :) globmarble.com/stamped-concrete/concrete-sealer3/
Do you guys have a flagstone pattern stamp? How long does shipping take to Texas? Houston
Sorry, unfortunately we don't
