Reminds me of working in my brothers concrete business in NorCal. Hard, knuckle busting work, but the results were amazing. Pools decks, walls and driveways and parking lots. Lots of rebar...afterall, it was California.

That house is a doublewide. It is built in a factory in 2 sections and is moved like a trailer being pulled by a truck. It has it's axles and truck hitch removed on site and is levered onto a pre-built foundation, then the 2 halves are joined and the siding and roofing sections that cover the join line are installed. It is a quick, cheap way to get a house on site. As they have to be built to handle road transport, they tend to be built rather oddly for houses.
Looks amazing can’t wait to get own property to get some of these projects done

looks great guys i love stamping concrete too just a help tip use a hammer to tap on the 2x6 to fill the holes and rocky spots cuz if they don’t put gravel to the top you could see the ugly of the sides

I like this time-Lapse footage as a summary but i like the narrated non-time-lapse versions better, just to practice my skills of the english language (i am German) and to learn your tricks and trades.
We will keep the narrated versions, then at the very end do a time lapse!
U don't need a to know the language to do the work, just your eyes and do the work, see what they are doing, and fill in the blanks.

Thqts rewlly nice. I have one question for a diy i have coming up. You guys used a saw and a grinder for the crack relief channel things, but i didnt see the corners get rounded. How likely is it that the concrete woupd start chipping on those sharp corners

Wow thsts a huge project nice job!!! Question im getting ready to pour a sidewalk and now at the same time a foundation for a chicken coop 6x18' with 2x6 bottom plate. Should i use rebar if its 2ft deep by 8in wide? Thanks
One length would be nice
Step liners with an inch-and-a-half bullnose works great they're expensive but they're worth it that's a Butterfield product I mix powdered coloring to the mineral spirits it beautifull at a lower cost
