Oh hun. I can hear the pain in your voice.
Which is saying a lot because you seem to have a pretty high pain tolerance.
Lastly, I remember you writing me the sweetest long comment a while ago. And I did not forget about you. I just could not find it again to reply. lol.
I appreciate you a lot.
I hope the swelling and redness gets better.
🤗
Beth if it's itchy aswell it sounds like it could be a fungal infection. The plastic can make it sweaty and cause fungal infections. I'd put a good layer of barrier cream on and then a gauze you can get a 10x10 and cut a line half way down then just put a tiny bit of tape on the two open bits (tape doesn't need to touch your skin also maybe move your bumper away a little. You've got your balloon ... The bumper acts as a "changeable size tube so as the Mickey is one set size. You can go from 3cm- 3.5cm-4cm etc if that makes sense for bloating and putting on weight that's the bonus- and it's a mic tube so it's still weighted like a Mickey. Keep hold of your extensions for now you never know. I feel like the only person to get a Mickey as a first tube!! Xxx
Oct 28th : Worrying
ive just had mine re-inserted as it fell out and they put gauze on mine then iv3000 on top of that and thats really helped as was so sore xx hope you get some relief
It looks soo sore Beth. I hope it settles dwn for u x
Get some Grip-locks to hold down your tube securely bless you praying it works for you! ♥️🙏🏼♥️
Looks like you might be having a reaction to the disk. Hope it starts feeling better. Hope ur doing OK xx
That definitely looks like an allergic reaction to the disk. I wonder if using a tubie pad or gauze full time would be helpful to create a barrier between the skin and disk
I was hoping it was just because it’s been messed around with but the more I look at it, I do think it’s a reaction :( I’ve been using the ilex cream but it’s just a bit sore to but tubie pads on because when it dries the pad sticks to it! Might try a gauze tonight! Xx

@@bethgallery1140 that makes sense. I hope all of this gets sorted out!
Hello Beth! Is there anybody out there? (4th Nov '21)
Ps. Watching the rest of the video maybe you had a reaction to the instillagel being in contact with the skin under the disk as I have had a bad reaction to it in the past, or maybe even the silicone disk giving you a reaction? Hope it improves sweetheart ♥️
Is it a latex tube/ silicone tube or latex free think it looks like an allergy are you still using the strips of duoderm underneath
It looks like you might be allergic to the plastic disc. I hope it's getting better!!
I was thinking that but wasn’t sure!! 😫 hopefully it gets better in a few days, if not I will have to go back and check xxx
Not seen you for three weeks are things ok? If not contact me and I try and help you take care be safe
Thank you for the comment, I am doing ok thank you. I hope you are also well!! xx
Thank you for this. I found it really useful.
For some reason., I thought they only did tube changes during an endscopy or an operation.
I hope the soreness eases soon.
Just curious, why did you have a feeding tube in the first place? Was it because your gastroparesis got worse?
Could you not change to TPN? Considering how badly your skin reacts to your button, maybe your body just needs a rest? Fingers crossed the longer tube works love u ❤️🌹❤️
Thank you Angel I hope so too ❤️ it’s been discussed with my doctors but that they would do TPN for a little before putting a new tube in! Xx
@@bethgallery1140 I hope so cos I feel your health and mental state have really been affected by the pain of that tube, your skin is so sensitive bless you ❤️🌹❤️
@@bethgallery1140 oh I’m Suki luki lol name change I was the one who notified you of your address showing, I’m always here for you xxx
That’s happening to me!!!!!!!!
1:11 that’s happening to me right now. It looks like I have a yeast infection but I’ve had it for like 4 months
Urghhh I’m so sorry! It’s so frustrating isn’t it! Are your doctors helping you at all? ❤️
@@bethgallery1140 no I used yeast infection cream but it doesn’t really help
How old are you?
I’m 24 😘
