Hi can you explain specifically how drinking caffeine prior affects the results of a in body scan please?

BMI is not worth looking at im at 20% bodyfat right now and 80kg fatfree mass and bmi is 32.6 haha

I totally agree! It's a terrible measure of health and I would never recommend looking at it to tell us much.
