Replacing Bad Sections of Highway with New Concrete

We're patching a stretch of highway in Mt Vernon, IL in February. We're racing to get all of the concrete patching completed before the Solar eclipse on April 8th, 2024. The main contractor on this job will start shutting down one side of this interstate, diverting traffic all on the same side of the highway for 2 years while they reconstruct an entire side of this highway. No construction can be done during the solar eclipse with all the traffic its supposed to bring to southern Illinois.
