Any chance you can post your pump curve and overlay the Bosch pump curve? Extra credit for showing the operating point for a stock intercooler system. Double extra credit for showing the operating point for a modified ZZP intercooler! :)
Is this comparing bosch 010 or 02 pumps? I have a feeling your comparing it to the 02 pump which did flow less than the standard 010 Bosch. I would like to know so I don't go ordering a pump that flows less than the 010
Because you didn't get a reply, the 002 pump housing is usually fully black and has an EV1 connector. The 010 pump has an oval connector and has the aluminum portion of the housing. it looks like they took a 002 style pump and made it flow more than the Bosch 010.
In an LSJ you'll want to mount it in the stock location, if in another application we recommend mounting them vertically with the inlet/outlet at the bottom.
Sweet! The Bosch was literally on my list, but this will be the way to go for my intercooler setup. And a 2 year warranty? Nice!
I would like to see how the flow test comparison would do on a vehicle, with all the restrictions from hoses, HE and the cores.
