    This is my favorite Sri Lankan recipe to make, and I always make it according to the steps in this video. Thank you for posting it! The one BIG mod I make to it is that I use salmon, which I find just dynamite with these flavors.

    Thank you for a lovely recipe. I'm a Lankan girl trying my best to learn each recipe so I can cook it for my Russian husband, and then I can teach my children one day too. He loves our Sri Lankan food, and loves a lot of spice and heat in the food. He has been requesting a good fish curry for a while, so I will make this next. Do you have any suggestions for which curries I should make to accompany the fish curry? Thank you! ^^

      Hi Denis. So nice to hear from you. You can make lentils, with a salad or stir fried potatoes and a green leaves salad or mallum.

    Is goraka and tamarin the same? If not can I use goraka ?

    • @TheCulinarycorner
      @TheCulinarycorner  7 років тому

      No two different things. They both are sour and you can use goraka instead.

      Goraka is called Garcinia and both goraka and tamarin are similar to give sour flavor, but goraka is best for sri lankan curry
