Great video. I recommend putting the mic on the ground next you instead.
Apart from posture, my biggest problem is when the opponent uses his left elbow as a frame on your adductor/hamstring. Do you recommend countering this counter with surprise and speed?

We're still learning as far as audio go. The feedback is appreciated.

Thank you. I’ve been watching a lot of your SBG videos as of late. I like the ethos a lot. I sometimes wish that the paid content online in the bjj community as a whole had a more a la carte style for people to buy. More defined shorter modules but with the pricing in a more affordable range. It seems like the only options for us out there are 300$ dollar dvd sets or memberships. I often wonder from a business standpoint if that would entice even more people to make that leap and before you know it they’re racking up similar charges anyway. Just a thought.

SBGU has a huge library and is only 29.99 a month. It's worth checking out.

Thanks for sharing , I couldn't make out what you said at one point because the mic got muffled , something about the angle of the other leg :/ ???

Has this even been used in high level competition? Seems like most techniques showed on youtube are note seen in high level competition.
