Im almost 13, i have been doing bjj for 3 years. It has made my life 10 times better, i have made friends, my focus is much better and my overall health has been better. Im a solid grey belt (3rd belt) and in my experience, the longer you do it and the better you get at it, it just keeps getting more and more fun.
Waking up at 5am is soooo last year. I wake up at 2am after going to sleep at 1:58am. I then run a sub one hour marathon while making business calls with other time zones. Once I’m back at 3am from my marathon I read 15-20 books….I then write a book. After the 15-20 books it’s about 3:30am so I then do yoga and contemplate how awesome and clever I’am. After yoga I have my breakfast…which is nothing as I’m obviously fasting. After breakfast i trade crypto for an hour and usually make a billion dollars. After that i start my day.
