The Civil Grand Jury can investigate misconduct. If you live in Solano County and you are fed up with local government misconduct and law enforcement misconduct submit complaints to the Solano County Civil Grand Jury. The Civil Grand Jury is a watchdog organization that investigates local government and law enforcement misconduct. Then the Civil Grand Jury writes a public report about the findings of misconduct. Then the attorney general, the secretary of state and other watchdog organization file lawsuits against them and force them to get their act together. The Civil Grand Jury inspects the county jails and investigate county jail staff members too.
Did you know that the Civil Grand Jury is different that than trial juries? Google Solano County Civil Grand Jury online. Look it up. The Civil Grand Jury are ordinary citizens that investigate misconduct in the local government and in law enforcement. Civil Grand Juries have powers and privileges to review any all records, videos, emails, documents and reports from all county departments and law enforcement agencies.
