Just dipping in for a moment. No matter how much I progress, evolve mentally, store better understandings of my depression etc. IT STILL ..CREEPS ..IN. I have accepted that it will never dissapear, but I've promised my future self to react to suicidal thoughts better (for my future future self). Thank you for making progress. It makes it easier for me.

ACIM lessons helped me tremendously in breaking down my thoughts pattern and bring me back into the present. It uses christian language but states you don't have to believe any of it to see the effects. It helped me.
@@PordanBJeterson i actually enrolled into a job program in IT and it's going great! I'm ... surprised that doing something so social isn't draining me too much, but i'm taking precautions. 5 years ago I wouldn't have believed you if you told me I would become functional somehow. It's not easy but it's working and I'm grateful. I worked it out (after a decade) and found balance. watching your videos help me remember where I come from and to be grateful for the peace I feel. I wish for you to find the peace you're seeking and find things that you love. God bless you

@@PordanBJeterson hey brother. Thanks for replying. Well, I haven't found a dramatic or exotic purpose per say. I think myself and others I've spoken too think we're not special, or special enough to matter in the grand scheme of things. But I do know I went through my own personal hell, and almost killed myself with self loathing, booze, porn and self sabotage. My purpose now is to show God how thankful and grateful I am of him. And for him sending my wife into my life and bringing me back to the Holy Trinity. I was lost for a good 30 years, but through my wife, I'm happier than I've ever been. My purpose I feel now, is to get up every day and realize that I've got it better than millions and millions of other people who are suffering way more than I am, and to be a good person for those around me and hopefully be a good example, like my wife, to safe at the very least one person/soul. Sometimes like St. Joseph, or a Catholic Monk, life is not very glamourous or "Instagram worthy". But man, it could be a lot worse. And the more I trust in him and not have anxiety or worry (like he instructs us in scripture) the more joy and less pain I have. And I'm just staying in the moment and not dwelling on the past or placing too much energy on the future. Love you dude and many blessings to you. 😁🙏🏻

@@PordanBJeterson i came to the realization i can't fins the answer on my own, i felt im just flandering in the mud and for some reason i kept pushing, until one day i decided to turn to islam and i swear to god i found comfort and peace that i have never felt before, here is an idea you go to any islam center in your country and tell them hey i wanna learn abouy islam and get a Quran and drop all the assumption about islam because its all media BS and read the Quran at your own pace and take your time, also you find people on UA-cam who converted to Islam and listen to their stories and you judge yourself Trust me brother
