(picking 214) Two Master 3-wheel combination padlocks quickly decoded, one gutted and inspected

To open this padlock quickly and reliably I apply the same decoding method that I developed for this lock • (picking 211) Old BURG... . It's testing the influence of the binding wheel's position to the next wheel. I also tested the method on new padlock of the same type and found it much harder (although still reliably possible) due to tighter tolerances. Finally, the used padlock is opened up and it mechanism inspected.
