Beautiful look! Do you have any tips or tricks to stop the eyeliner from transferring to the bottom waterline.
I just make sure to let it dry and then take a lint free swab (like Q-tip) that I get on Amazon and wipe anything off the lower water line. I don't hae much of an issue with the one I use. I hope that helps. xo
