Amara can't kill Dean and Dean can't kill Amara. Chuck just rocked himself by absorbing her. Like Chuck said, he didn't write her connection with Dean in the story.
Amara is the only character, who has free will, meaning that she cannot be controlled by the rules of chuck.
But I thought it was well done, she betrayed the winchesters, they lied to her in the face.
Yeah but she also found out they lied to her and that chuck let Amara build the connection herself with dean. So she might actually be convinced chuck is to follow.
Chuck doesn’t want to kill Dean, he wants Sam to do it. He thinks his story is still going on and that’s the way he wants to end it. As much as he says he doesn’t know what’s in his book, as mentioned in the episode by him, he’s shifted and placed the pawns in the perfect place for that final checkmate.

Actually, no...he is tired that his toys aren't doing what he tells them to do, tired of playing with them (remember he wrote the whole script to it, and then just sat back and enjoyed the show eating like popcorns), he considers them useless(even though it was his fault, to begin with, that they are in that situation (again HIS script) so now he wants to destroy them. Amara stated in the previous episode that she and Chuck were together a whole. Light and Dark always merged,but when they split the big bang was created so now they merged once again
God is nigh omnipotent in supernatural I was thinking when he and Amara merged he would be fully omnipotent

As when he made the world he had to work himself into making him bound to it’s rules so it could exist if he leff. So then he was bound to the rule that everything can die. Even though God was still ageless and nigh-invulnerable there were circumstances that could kill him after that.
Honestly if Jack could absorb Death, the Shadow, and the other Horsemen he would truly be Omnipotent.
I just love how Chuck is like calm when he's talking to Amara but as soon as he goes to confront Team Free Will,he's just automatically pissed again 😂😂

And when they went to war it split them both literal and figuratively. And caging her and creating worlds is what took up the space of reality back when it was just them two.

But creation happened after they split and the war happened even later.
Chuck created multiple worlds, but Amara always destroyed them out of jealousy.
He then used the archangels to go to war against her.
Reality and creation existed already ad that point. Like she said, their split started reality, than Chuck started to create worlds, than they had war and after that Chuck created the leviathans, followed by purgatory to seal them and finally earth

Morgan Freeman will reveal himself as God, and Chuck was just Zeus all along. Then he'll change Sam's name to Walker and zap him to Texas, Dean will go to a post apocalyptic world with Jessica Alba as Dark Angel, and Castiel will become a pharmacist named Clarence who has a love hate will they won't they Sam Diane chemistry with his store manager Meg.

i love the eye effect Chuck got after he consumed Amara, i kinda wish it was permanent, or at least that he shows it again in the series finale.
yes, it perfectly showed up the 'juiced up' aspect of her influence inside him. they should have kept it going until end.
Lucifer did say that between God and Darkness God was the better strategist. He played her, arranged this whole scenario, manipulated Death even, to get her to "join him".

i think she felt more betrayed by dean again and that's all chuck her brother had to tell her.. that nobody will love her the way he does and understand her..not manipulated like how billy did dean or the empty.
Being betrayed like that by Dean is heart breaking. You can't blame Amara for that
Amara was not manipulated, she simply saw the truth, Dean was going to kill her and she decided to pay back, letting herself be absorbed by Chuck.
@@yamyam2987 Exactly. Amara might be a Cosmic Being like Chuck. But she has very little and true understanding of the universe and it’s people. She has an understanding that sounds great on paper. But Chuck has being able to understand and influence the creation for oh idk like billions of years. Amara was only freed a few years ago and only in the last year really appears to appreciate creation for what happiness it can bring her.
But I’m glad Amara didn’t get killed. It makes me wonder a bit. Everyone keeps saying God’s Death Book. But no one says Amara’s like what she doesn’t have one? So maybe Amara and Chuck were always meant to be one being. That being separated is how reality was made to end if they ever die separately. So now that they are together killing one kills the other one. But whom is strong enough to do it? Chuck basically became twice as powerful.
Also I figured this was Billie’s plan to some extend. I didn’t figure the banishing of others, reversing resurrections or becoming the New God. But I figured she wanted the universe to play by the rules and not have power players like Chuck and Amara that can break the rules.

I mean obviously this is a rushed final season, but still ... hopefully the finale is one that actually gives us a ending that makes sense. The one thing that confuses me about this previous episode is what they were planning to do when Jack exploded in a cosmic super-nova inside that small little room in the bunker.
Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if Amara purposely got consumed so that Chuck technically couldn't cause Dean harm or something wonky like that because she is technically part of him now. Also - I'm putting my top dollar on either the empty consuming god (with him Amara) and thus balancing things out in that void where things cant escape. Another question is ... what reaper (hopefully the OG) gets to take Billies spot when she gets killed next episode.
Prediction: The Empty is going to resurrect Lucifer, Raphael, and Gabriel so that Michael can be reunited with his brothers to take down Chuck.
But they can't match God

@@imsplitz3401 15x18 just ended the claim whether it was more powerful than Chuck and Amara or if it isn't, sadly it isn't, which still makes no sense, since OG Death's knowledge depicts The Shadow not being as powerful as Amara or God, maybe he's biased or has a grudge against? I don't know what evidence we have to prove it's more powerful besides that, OG Death's knowledge just depicts it being vaster and stronger than him, when OG Death claimed he was equal to God or more powerful and Amara is Chuck's equal now.

@@jakedonoghue3386 Cosmic Entity is said to be weaker by Death, which you may argue that Death is obviously telling the truth, being equally as intelligent if not more in my opinion. But The Cosmic Entity seemed to show fear in God, as He didn't want it going to Earth to destroy his greatest creation, if God considered The Empty such a threat, God could've just ended It and trapped It but He never did which leaves you to believe that The Entity may be on their level if not higher, it's definitely far more durable.
That intense moment between Sam and Dean was front and center for me but man.. this scene and the way Amara was slowly manipulated by Chuck was so heartbreaking as well.
Also, not sure if anyone else can relate, but this moment between the brothers really made me feel almost envious in a weird way. A connection with someone else like that, it’s absolutely priceless.. I wouldn’t trade millions if I had something like this with a family member or friend. It’s beautiful. I’m aware that it’s fiction, but man.. I can’t help but feel such admiration for their relationship. I’m so glad that we have such amazing actors like J2 that just absolutely rip our hearts out.
That scene between Sam and Dean was best scene of this season for me. Made me so emotional. It also proved the fact once again that Dean can throw away everyone but when it comes to Sam he just cannot do it. And not to mention awesome acting from both J2.
I just don’t like the way things are going in the finale. The God thing and the Jack think and Sam and Dean fighting again.
i think its sacrilegious but i love this show and i will finish the show through the end.
I never liked the idea of making God the bad guy. Not because "it's God", but because I relly liked his character as disappointed and tired dad who's just over everything. I hoped for some big plot twist where he goes back to that place and Billy&Empty take his place as BBEG.
@@Tar_Mair0n It makes sense to make God the bad guy, but the whole execution seems uninspired and underdeveloped to me. I mean I don't know much about network TV but I don't see how I myself can fully appreciate Sam and Dean's frustration at God. I feel more logically compelled to understand than emotionally compelled because I didn't literally see how God has orchestrated history just to watch his own self created TV show, versus believing that he simply neglected the universes. That idea was just deduced by Sam in like half the S14 season finale. And then it's like "wait everything was because of YOU all along, you didn't just let it happened, you wrote it to be" and I understand it but I guess after all the times this show has jumped the shark in the past several seasons there isn't much build up or emotional impact. Unlike when Dean went to hell, or Lucifer being released from his cage the first time. Or maybe it's just that to me the emotional states feel like a repeat of past seasons, even the dialog is repetitive. I think this show forgot how to make the viewers connect with the boys' pain. They kinda floundered with the idea of God being the ultimate big bad instead of building it up more like perhaps early season 15. If they try to now I feel like it'd be better late than never but I think the season as a whole would prove the show at its end to be a shell of its former self.
@@ronmckenzie6134 I agree that it makes sense, but not in the way they did it. Just like you said it's uninspired and underdeveloped. I expected the Empty to be next Big Bad after attack on Heaven and deal that it made with Cas (which would be rather predictable I guess). Chuck was always, in my opinion, a neutral character, he wasn't a bad guy and he wasn't really a good guy and that was what I liked about him. He was more complex as God then what we usually get on TV. And imho they made him a villain just because he is God and great finale should have greatest being in canon as main antagonist. I am still waiting for some plot twist instead of "Go fight God because he's the strongest" plot (I know that Darkness is his equal or even stronger in terms of raw power, but Chuck's cunning makes him more dangerous in the end... also boys already fought against the Darkness).

From what I have heard is something along the lines is the boys draw the powers out of chuck. One becomes light the other becomes Darkness leaving Chuck with no powers and they become the balance in the universe. They become the new gods. That is how they beat Chuck. Not exactly sure how, but that is how it ends.
Maybe Chuck is just acting like the villain but it's all part of an ultimate story that actually has a happy ending. He's a writer and "villains always get the best lines."

Can we just have Gabriel back he’s my favourite archangel and I refuse to believe he’s dead he faked his death before who’s to say he didn’t do it again he might’ve been weakened but he’s not stupid he knew he had a low survival going against Michael like he did with Lucifer I think he’s alive and waiting for the right time to come back or at least until his grace is back up to snuff and he’s strong enough to help but maybe that’s just me being hopeful

The confrontation scene between Sam and Dean toward end of today’s episode has to be the best scene of season 15. Highly emotional and heart felt. And not to mention incredible acting from both Jared and Jensen.♥️🤗

Man. Just watched the entire episode. Turns out, what Chuck raged on about in season 11 was still relevant. Human nature being toxic and just constantly disappointing him. What Metatron said about his failures being reflected. Yup. Very, very pissed. Essentially boils down to - WHY CAN'T THEY DO IT RIGHT? WHY CAN'T THEY DO ANYTHING RIGHT? WHAT DID I DO WRONG?
That's what happens when you give humans free will. We screw it up and become bad becuase that's who we are. We are horrible

What did Chuck just do? It's now easier/harder to get rid of him without upsetting the balance as everyone puts it. At least if Amara was somewhere far away then removing Chuck wouldn't be a logical solution.

This episode was a pretty clear setup for Chuck vs the Empty there would be no reason for the Empty to bring up it can only go to Earth if summoned if it wasnt going to happen. Its deffo going to get summoned to fight against Chuck

In either case if the empty is strong enough to beat Chuck roided on Amara then that's some *serious* power creeping with numerous holes.
It is possible if they truck Chuck into going to the empty and basically being imprisoned there since per empty God nor Amara have any real power there. So there's hope there!
Well, Maybe amara isn't died but somewhere inside chuck as chuck mentioned at the end. So it possible that darkness can hold or weaken god enough for the boys to do something. I means Amara knew god was the one that stage the whole things and she was afraid but can't do anything yet as she kind of seal both of them inside the room. She also mentioned to dean that they could trap them if they can weaken him.
So since they have the spell from Michael, plus darkness inside chuck, tgt with death and empty as equal to the archangel. They may be able to seal the god or bring it to empty to be trapped if they work tgt but i doubt Billie will help, so maybe when next week they will reap the death with empty help and bring the old death or new plan. I kind of think that the empty know how to kill chuck but don't bother about it as he only want to go back to sleep.
You know, if Dean didn’t lie to Amara, then this wouldn’t have happened. Oh and I feel like chuck had a Lex Luthor moment during this scene, or maybe during this whole episode.

I have crazy theory, in the final episode Amara will wake up inside Chuck and they will swap roles, Amara will be free and Chuck will be stuck inside her, and she will become Light and Darness at the same time.

then adam / michael takes over as new god, since we know he has the power to control monsters when dean took over.
he could keep the world balanced, stopping the vampire ending sam saw from happening.

Both Amar and god will be caged, with a balance mark unlike mark of Cain that does not corrupt. Mark might go to Sam or someone eles

Interesting how Chuck described Castiel as having a crack in his chassis since Naomi also described him the same way in The Great Escapist, perhaps there was something wrong with his programming.
I'm calling it right now. It's probably gonna be Death, Jack, Michael and Lucifer teaming up to take on merged God. Then maybe the empty will play a part in sealing God up in his realm.

While it may seem he has the upper hand for now somewhere amara is gonna destroy him from the inside and since one cannot exist without the other she's gonna most likely trap him and her for eternity somehow I believe.

@@AmirVD_027 I’m aware of that. The way Chuck absorbed Amara to be equal could be done in the opposite where she absorbs Chuck to become equal. And she could somehow bind Chuck to be powerless and not be able to control himself and she could put him inside Jack to give him power instead. I’m not saying it will happen, but it’s theoretically possible.

Chuck’s Perspective: Sam and Dean are just characters of his story book, and they’re not real. Therefore, they’re play things for his amusement and can do what he pleases
Sam and Dean’s Perspective: They believe they’re real as well as everything they’ve ever gone through in life. Therefore, they believe Chuck doesn’t get the right to make them his play things even if they’re his creation
I see both Dean’s and Chuck’s frustration. Chuck’s tired of holding the hands of humanity every time they fuck up due to them being set in their ways and wants to reboot everything, which I find understandable
And seeing Dean’s frustration and desperation to wanna kill Chuck because everything he ever did with his life has been a part of Chuck’s playbook and was never in control of any of it. And for that I feel for Dean

@@queterian1526 no true since dean was supposed to shoot jack and that led to a spiral of free will. Not only that but according to Chuck he was supposed to shoot Sam when he said “for the second time!”. Plus Amara didn’t really have free will in season 11 as that was part of his plan too.

Fairly sure that Chuck just made a FATAL error with absorbing Amarra. Simply because no matter the circumstance, she refuses to harm Dean (she’s still there, just lending her power to Chuck). So now I believe Dean can’t be harmed by Chuck anymore and Chuck will attempt to kill or perhaps even cage Billie (refuse to call her Death as she’s no death compared to the original...).
There was an inconsistency with something god said in this episode, he said "what part of omniscient do you guys not understand". Ok, if he knows everything that's going to happen, then why didn't he foresee himself getting shot by the equalizer at s14 ending? Or did he actually want to get shot, was that part of his story?! I mean he's all knowing but he couldn't see himself being shot?
This scene was the first one to make me tear up this badly since the church scene in 8

I just really don’t want jack to die, like I really don’t! What I want to happen is amara fighting chuck back by consuming him from inside and taking away power from chuck which hopefully keeps him from killing jack
Is it possible that Chuck is dancing to the script of The Empty? It comes before even him and is implied to be much stronger, not to mention why is the Empty needing sleep? What if the Empty is just still in the process of waking up and when it finally truly awakes that's when everything dies. It's a primordial entity so it's very possible that it's not fully awake yet and needs to be asleep for everything to exist. Thoughts?

Makes all the sense in the world now. When you have light & dark inside of you, Your actual personality comes into the open.
If Chuck consumed Amara & became the ultimate balance of light/dark, if he then tries to consume Jack - that wouldn’t work, it would most likely cause a kind of whitewash and either destroy the light & dark together or create a grey hue (finally giving Jack an understanding of choice & consequences). You can’t dilute Chuck’s lightness but it can be snuffed out, and Amara has been shown to soften her ‘darkness’, so adding Jack’s power to the mix would mix better with the darkness, to create maturity to Jack’s child like innocence...my thoughts in a nutshell on this
dean is FINALLY breaking. i’m not happy about it - but I was wondering how long he can keep standing. he was shouting and screaming so much, even pointing a gun at sam. and I think he’s really just convincing himself that jack isn’t family. let the poor man finally breath. he’s so tired
The ending should have been chuck appearing to dean and Sam and them shocked that he does still have his powers and him saying it was just a clone he sent to be absorbed and he is retiring for now while letting Jack be the new God

Chuck being in control is probably because he has more life experience and a more established self. Amar is lost in all the mess. She simply dosent have enough to help pull her identity together. However her love for Dean may bring her to the surface

The whole primordials cannot read people's minds is crazy, but I still loved tonight's episode. It was intense and felt like shit was hitting the fan. Felt urgency with Jack, once he got Adam's rib and then Sam doing what he does best /w Cass in tow, breaks into Death's Library and we got a huge revelation that many of us figured out already. Still seeing a hippy Adam that hates God as much as Dean and an angel who tripped ball,s had me lmao 4 real. All in all my fave episode of this season. Can't wait for the last 3, however, I am sad that's the end is so close :( (Edit) oh and Dean and Sam's intense scene was the best thing in the episode felt so serious and had weight because it did, J2 shined and man that chemistry and acting chops really hit the feels.
Im still hoping we gonna get sam as lucifer and dean as michael. Dont know how they could do it in just 3 episodes, but the thing billie told dean, that the only way he dies is michael leaving his body still makes me believe this will happen.
