I really enjoyed this workout! I am glad Amanda is feeling better. You guys had me cracking up 😂. I’m not a cheer mom but I was a soccer mom and now possibly a hockey mom. My 12 year old daughter wants to learn to play. Thank you ladies so much! I didn’t feel like working out. I woke up with a headache but I did it and felt better.

I feel it everywhere.. had to modify a little bit but all in all I notice that I became stronger. I hate the wall and bargained with myself to do the first round and just stand in the second. And then did both at the wall🎉 That is so motivating!!
I hate the wall too. You have put me to shame, though. I stood both times. Next time I'll lean on your inspiration and do the wall. I really appreciate your post.

I was feeling totally rubbish after too many hours at the computer again today and thought I didnt have the motivation for this....until I started and realised it was exactly what I needed. By the end I had stopped stressing about work and was totally immersed in the "Chris and Amanda Workout World" and that's a pretty nice place to be. Really great mix of challenges and the time flew by. Nothing was too long that it made me want to give up. Thank you so much for cheering me and my aching body up! ♥

Feeling very proud that I have built up my strength to lift 5kg dumbbells 💪🏼 I’m in Australia and 4kgs has been my heaviest for a while, but slowly building my strength and can now add on that extra kg 🎉 Thank you for your energy and inspiration 🤩

This worked everything, I loved it! I lifted a little lighter, still having some muscle pain from shingles and I’m really happy I did it, I felt so good after! Idk what’s worse, shingles or stomach bug!! Thanks Chris and Amanda!❤
Hey Chris!! You were right it wasn't THAT bad. It did take a little longer than 45 minutes but I finished it!!! And honestly you've given us harder moves. So you were right the renegade rows were the worst part! Thanks again for the entertainment and of course the program too!
I'm too tired to think of anything to say. Work is stressful right now, and I'm feeling very overwhelmed. I'm not sure what I would do without one thing to look forward to. Here's to tomorrow being a better day!

Made and effort to push myself just a little harder, used my heavy weights (only 17 pounds but that is all I currently have) for chest presses as well as the first round of wide squats. Also made one round of renegade rows. Thanks for sharing the comments, makes me feel that I shouldn't be as hard on myself when I hear others are also doing it tough. You and Amanda makes things look so easy! Some tough moments but a great class. Thanks Chris and Amanda
Cool, cool, this was definitely a challenge. That first leg segment was especially tough. (There is some cartoon character that says "cool, cool" all kind of sarcastic like that but for the life of me I can't think who it is. Does Amanda know - is that why she says that?) Thank you!
