This is one of my all-time favorite songs. I sang this song to a beautiful girl named Jeanette in Bethlehem PA in the early 70's. Nathaniel, you did a great job of putting your illustrations to a very wonderful song by CSN. Thanks for bringing back a lot of memories!
You're welcome!!
the melody when David sings "and she turns her gaze down the slope to the harbor where i lay".... i dont know what to say about that. serious, profund sweetness. goosebumps.
Beautiful. I named my daughter "Guinnevere" after this song and will show her this video whenever she can understand it (she's only one month old). Thank you for making it!
You're welcome! And congratulations!
I named my boy Crosbystillnash Jr.
Thank you again! It may be a while before I have time to do another, but hopefully I can continue with these as I really enjoy making them
Making the world a better place with your creative brilliance. What a good human being you are, Nathaniel.
This song, an old favorite, was like a wonderful dream. Graham Nash and Joni Mitchell together again. At least for 4 and 3/4 minutes.
Thanks again!!
I sent this to David Crosby, who is active on Twitter. I'm sure he will like it; as for me, you created a four minute world I wanted to live in right down to the used CD store and the quiet lake.
Ah, sweet music to soothe the soul. And perfectly beautiful pictures to match. Thank you, thank you, thank you..Many blessings be upon you.
Incredibly beautiful artwork - set to an incredibly beautiful song. Bless you....
One of my favorite CSN songs in the whole wide world!!! The fonts, the animations, the sequences...it was all so well done!! Kudos, Nathaniel!! :D
Thanks again!
Beautiful illustrations for a sublime song.
You are a WONDERFUL person , Nathaniel !!!!!
I love YOU !!!!!
Thanks!!
Unforgettable moments in time. We couldn’t stay together, so I sent my wife and child off to my aunt and uncle. They took them in till I could finally join them. I’ll never forget them.
Your work is stunning! How long did it take you to create this?
The Joni Mitchell references were so perfectly included!
So well done! You have a deep understanding of the music and the artists you illustrate!
I can think of so many pieces of music I would love to see you illustrate! Some music by Yes, for example!
Thank you!! I'm glad you like my work. This one took probably a few weeks to complete (I did it so long ago I can't exactly recall), but I remember it took longer due to being in color.
Beautiful, thank you
Have always loved this song.
Excellent !!! I saw your illustrated "Supper's Ready" and it was fantastic too.
Paul SCHELCHER Cours de musique thanks again!! :-)

I love all your illustrations and I wish I could meet you because I am a big Joni Mitchell fan also.
Oh my god, I've never seen this illustrated version, me, a big fan of CSN (and Young), who loves art and who draws, I'm speechless! It's simply beautiful! Crosby would love what you have done, Stills, Nash and Young too! Do you have a blog ? A page on a social site? It's wonderful! Thanks for sharing!
WOW
this is great too. Crosby is a favourite of mine. Maybe some Gene Clark next ;-) ?
Thanks again! I'm still unsure of when I'll have time to do another, but sometime soon I hope
