Got my PB Snakehead and she absolutely CHOKED this topwater frog!!

Great start to an otherwise slow day on the water with this 33.25" fish weighing in at 11.5lbs. She CHOKED the DragN Pop frog from Tactical Fishing Co.

Aren’t Snakeheads an invasive species or am I incorrect? Just wondering as I understand they should be eradicated. Please correct me if I am wrong. On the other side, very nice fish. Congratulations!

They are invasive yes. They, as in MD DNR, have lost the eradication battle. They're here to stay and on top of that it hasn't been proven they've done any damage to the native species.

Absolutely. It's legal, they're fun to catch and there's zero proof in the 22yrs they've been here that they've caused any damage
