I feel like this is more of a joke Easter egg, cuz of the anti-bat thing which could mean joker, but I love the fact (if it is the joker) that he knows tricky.
It's very clearly Gianni Matragrano doing a Joker impression. Likely a bit Krink asked him to do while they were developing the Magiturge for PN, Which Gianni also voiced.
Now this is interesting a character who is a close friend to the auditor and knows tricky very well interesting will this character be in mc 12? Only time will tell

i don't think krinkels or the rest of the MPN team has the money to pay for royalties for the famous character The Joker from DC Comics' Batman franchise
@RedSnow 1 well, for starters, this entire "call" probably isn't even canon, and apart from that, tricky already has a canon voice in project nexus, another reason is that this person literally CALLS tricky at the beginning as well. (and since this most likely isn't canon, i'm pretty sure the person calling is the joker, since you can hear him say something about anti-bat equipment or whatever) it doesnt make sense, but it probably isn't canon so it doesnt matter
If you Heard the call at a point the person that tried to call auditor was cleary not tricky. He has was actually called by accidenti by this mysterious guy on the phone (probably joker) and After he typed tricky Number he Just greated him and Just changes the number
Doesn't necesserly exists in MC universe but can comunicare whit It and considering how big and Crazy DC universe Is i think it's One of the easiest things for the joker to do (but im not sure tbh since im not a big DC fan)
