Wasted so much money on salicylic acid and BP products. Only cheap sulfur soap worked the best to treat my folliculitis, smelly scalp, acne and oily skin.

@@cktwje6555 i used to use them daily my skin got worse and more breakout so i went to dermatologist and she told me to use only salicylic acid once aweek! And to keep using lotions to moisturize my back ..which i did and now my skin got so clear no more folliculitis or red rashes 🤩
I used to think my skin is oily so i have to dry it to keep acne away but the drier it gets the more oils it produce and the more acne and breakouts
Found out about sulphur soap from this video and tried it soon after. Within the first week of usage my skin doesn't itch anymore and the rashes are gone. My skin also became the smoothest it has been for the past 6 years. Really thank you for the tip! It really is ridiculously cheap and I wouldn't have dared to tried it without a professional's advice. The smell is pretty strong (my bathroom stinks of sulphur now) but it's worth the itch-free skin.

Everything he said is true. I was prescribed this by my doctor once and it worked 100%. When I wanted to get a refill my insurance did not want to cover it anymore so I had to pay out of pocket. For some reason they don’t want us to have it, but this is great !

I use sulphur soap only and it helps so much with controlling acne and with keeping fresh for longer, too. Truly a win-win product!
There’s a High-end luxury, sulfur mask from Sephora so naturally, I went with the $4 bar version from Walmart just to try it out and see how my skin would react to it. I still have most of it and barely made a dent in mine, after a year and depend on it for gently eradicating deep cysts and it makes whiteheads pop on their own quickly. It’s legit 💯effective. ✨ I noticed nobody talking about it either..insane!!!

Salicylic + sulphur combo soap is very good for greatly reducing body odour issues as well. 👍👍
Melt a bar of soap, add sulphur powder, stir and let it set in a soapbar form.

@@nates1004 hi yes i still do. I still get pimples onces in awhile but i do know that they are not as big or inflamed like before using the soap. Plus the go away more quickly. Also it has helped with my oil production on my face alot. So would still recommend.
Use to use it morning and evening for the first few months following by cosrx all in one cream because it can be abit drying at times even though i live in the tropics.
So nowadays i used the sulfur soap + cerave hydrating cleanser in the morning and the sulfur alone at night.
I would advise for you to have a good moisturizer. Things all work well for me and my skin has been happy since. Good luck

I've been using Dr. Kaufman and Dr. Wong's Sulfur Soap here in the Philippines for a long time now. Surprisingly, they're the first soaps you'll notice at the supermarket I do my shopping at since they display these soaps at eye level.
Keeps my skin blemish-free!

My brother and I uses it too. It kinda helps to cure our pustule acnes. I would remind you that using sulphur on the face makes your skin dry (i have a combination skin type), so you need face mist (this is optional), hydrating toner, moisturizer to rehydrate the skin..

I didn't know there was such thing as sulfur soap until today. I was shopping at Walmart and the lable cought my eyes so i went and bought it. Lol haven't used it yet because I'm looking up reviews on UA-cam 😅 your video got me excited
Just found out about it recently when I had an allergic reaction. This is like a miracle. My skin has never been this good.
I've been using Sulfur soap for a long time, it really helps my skin specially when the weather is too hot i tend to get skin rashes, sometimes it gets itchy as well. Sulphur soap really helped resolve my skin problems.
Sulfur works, it may break you out REALLY bad at first but it's allowing everything to surfaces after about two weeks to a month you'll be blow away. You may want to get a gentle toner too. Nothing worked for me like sulfur, and keep it cheap and simple.

Sulfur soap works WONDERS for cleaning out pores and getting rid of sebaceous filaments. Oil cleansing did not work for me at all I think it even made it worse but I tried a $0.50 cent bar of sulfur soap ONE TIME and poof! Amazing. Just remember to leave it on for a few mins for it to work its magic.

Hey Doc, I am an avid user of sulphur soap and camphor soap.
I just want to say I am very happy for your explanation as I am trying for years to prove to my skeptical family members the reason why I am very partial to sulphur soap for daily cleansing for both my body and my face rather than the other popular cleansing skincare products we can find on drugstore shelves or in ads.
I mean, I keep saying to them to try sulphur soap to cure their severe acnes but they never listened, instead, they say I use weird products and I am lucky to have tough good skin.
In addition, my family members tend to use a lot off popular heavily promoted products on the markets and frequently exchanging them when they think it is not suitable to their skin and they like to trust some unknown product testimony then trusting my recommendation.
And could you please explain in detail about camphor soap. I am currently using pagoda brand for my body and so far there is nothing wrong with my skin. I want to hear honest opinion about camphor based products from a good unpartial doctor like you and what is actually a chlorophyll soap 999 brand (I never bought this one and I am curious)
Camphor soap is for itchy skin if not wrong but i never tried any.
Actually i am interested in both soap but i wonder if it will be drying for my sensitive dry skin.
I never dare try soap on my face. For body i like those taiwan hand made ai cao soap.
@@celestialstar124used camphor soap for my body for years and it works well for me. Other than that, I use sulphur soap for my face and body. Nixoderm brand with salicylic acid. The blue box one since I have acne prone skin. I reccomend you to try to see dr inky other video for sulphur soap where he compared various brands of sulphur soap. There are sulphur soap with oils that moisturizes dry skin i think.

I have been using transparant sulfur cleansing bar more than 4 years. It doesn't dry skin even for my skin face.
But for the people who have oily skin has the most benefits from sulfur soap.

I'm into skincare, but not crazy hippy into it. However, I've been using MSM (a sulphur ingredient) moisturiser for the past month and it's pretty amazing. Really good skin and hair strength on my fringe area. I'm a 50 yo man, so hair strength is good. I get mine from NOW brand. Not a sponsored comment, genuine recommendation if you are keen on trying sulphur

do you use it om face or body?
There's a reason why it doesn't sell and it's got nothing to do with low profit margins. It has slight rotten egg odour that lasts all day. If it faded then people would be able to get past that, but the manufacturers know that it doesn't and that people would soon grow weary of it. In other words they wouldn't be repeat customers. In small areas it's fine but used on the whole body the smell becomes quite noticeable. For social reasons people wouldn't want that. For those that don't know, the sulphur being used here is a powder not a chemical, and it doesn't dissolve in water. Its very clingy and sits on your skin after you've washed off the soap. That's where it does it's magic. It dries up the skin but doesn't tighten it. The only flakiness you'll see is the flakes that are already there but hidden by oil. Basically it gets dusted off eventually. Also, you don't need soap, you can just buy flowers of sulphur and add a small amount to your face wash.
I used the Grisi scented soap with lanolin. It smells like a citronella candle to me, and the scent starts to fade away after rinsing. The old sulfur soap I had was unscented, and it definitely made me smell like farts all day.
This soap sells like pancakes in my country but ours don't smell. Besides you can use it at night if you think it smells
@@nenabunena Interesting. Perhaps the soap company uses MSM sulphur which doesn't smell. Perhaps they use a strong fragrance to cover the odour. Please tell me the name of the brand. I want to read the ingredients. I'm interested in making my own sulphur soap... that doesn't stink. My only concern is is it as good as using regular sulphur. Does it have a good reputation in your country?

Love sulfur. Here are of my go to sulfur products cuz bar soap feels drying to me. I use dermalogica blackhead clearing fizz mask and dermadoctor 10% sulfur. Both have sulfur and clay. Dermadoctor is my holy grail to stop red angry pimples it's a clay mask but doesn't dry hard cost $50 but has a large amount but they stopped selling at ulta so now online only. The fizz mask is still available at ulta and low cost my kids love using it on their nose clears stubborn black heads after a few weeks. Hopefully products are available to out of usa because every acne prone person should have access to these great products

I struggled with acne for a long time through my teenage years, and originally it was homemade cinnamon soap that helped me clear it up. A little while ago I started using homemade sulphur soap as well, and my skin has never been nicer
I used sulfur soap (Naturasil) and mask (DeLaCruz) to clear a extensive, steroid worsened, case of Perioral Dermatitis which I attributed to Demodex overgrowth. I've shared my results with many others who have also been helped by sulfur. Tea tree is another great complement to the treatment. I continue to use sulfur in my daily/weekly routine and my skin has never been better and remains clear 9 months later!

I just discovered sulfur soap because of my co-teacher and I've tried lots of fancy, pricey, hyped skin care products even rejuvinating sets and all of that works yeah, but only for a period of time. Some of it when used in the long run can damage the skin barrier. That's why thank God I discovered this soap, and I hope I could turn back time and replace all of my skin care with it. Sulphur soap really works for body acne. For face use, I think it differs for different skin. It's super cheap and effective, only thing is the smell 😅

Try the Dr. wongs lightening soap they added many good ingredients and it has moisturizer already and it smells so good. It lighten your skin tone and at the same time treat face and body acne.

Always use moisturizer after but have you tried sulfur soap with moisturizer
so glad I started using sulfur soap a few months ago. the one I use is very gentle so it’s not drying. I also make sure I moisturize with a good toner/lightweight moisturizer.

Tengok video dr mengenai salycid acid cleanser cosrx yang merawat kulit berjerawat. Saya terus beli untuk anak saudara saya yang alami jerawat teruk. Seminggu guna jerawat makin hilang. Sekarang dah 3 bulan guna, hanya tinggal bekas jerawat. Tq dr ingki atas ilmu yang dikongsi.

I have chronic mycophobia (the fear of fungal infections) because I used to be plagued by multiple fungal infections all over my body.
I’m a truck driver. I shower in public restrooms. I was very careless as a new truck driver and wasn’t as hygienic as I should’ve been. Also, to add insult to injury, I would use antibiotic soaps, which only kill bacteria, including our beneficial bacteria on our skin that keeps fungus at bay.
To at the 🍒 on top, I had a very poor diet that consisted of junk foods, candies, and high sugar drinks which feed fungus. And I would wear the same clothes multiple days and even sleep in them all full of sweat!
I was a mess.. 🤦♂️
I’ve since changed all these bad habits and after trying multiple anti fungal soaps: colloidal silver, probiotic, apple cider vinegar .. etc.. I found sulfur soap bar to be the best.
I don’t knock on any of the others I’ve mentioned. I use them too with great success but typically not in soap form. Sulfur works best as soap.
Also, I recommend anyone having fungal issues have their candida levels checked

I recently bought Defense bar soap on Amazon. I’ve purchased this soap before and wasn’t satisfied. But this time I tried their medicated version which has tea tree oil and 1% tolnaftate. It got rid of some nasty little fungals really quick.
I’ve also purchased a grass-fed beef tallow soap but I haven’t tried it yet.
I’ve heard many good things of using tallow for skin.
I am now using Indonesian sulfur soap, "Jf Sulfur" and it's SOOooOOoooO Goood.. less than a week, my acnes are poof disappear
I gave a sample of that to my cousin and his acne disappeared too. Nice and cheap. But eye need to be clean with other face wash or the sulfur sticks.

Im using it to reduce body odour and clean body after having outdoor activities.
It's not just because it's cheap, it's because it literally smells of eggy farts. People won't buy it. That's why it's unheard of. Probably best to use before bed so the scent has all night to disperse. Won't help much with your love life though 🤣.

I found it in 2020 when i lost my sense of smell from Covid. I loved it until i realized how bad it smelled. It did make my skin feel good though

my mother has given 2 bars to me but i wasn't consistent with using it. She gave it to me from a friend that suggest it after it helps her with body acnes.

I am also using sulfur soap for my face. At first it didn't work for me because I used warm water. Then after sometimes I tried and used it again but this time just a simple water from a faucet and it works!
Really? The sulfur soap I bought says for best results wash with warm water, lather soap, pat dry, then don't rinse the soap off and just leave it

I used mine for backne back then and only takes days..now i use it for my son's armpit coz its weird sometimes he have BO in his one side of armpit and the next day even if he sweat it doesnt stink anymore.

when I was a kid I had chicken skin on my arms and the dermatologist told me to use dr wong's sulfur soap. It's gone now and I'm still using it to this day and I never had that pimples all over the face during my puberty. Not to mention the soap smells good and last all day.

I wonder if this sulphur soap would take the place of my zinc infused soap and shampoo (clinical strength head&shoulders) for my Seborrheic Dermatitis (I think thats what I have but never diaginosed). I got the Sunday Riley Saturn sulfer spot treatment for like $8 at TJ Maxx and it's AMAZING... I had tiny bumps around jaw line and chin that never go away ... Not pimples just these skin colored small bumps if I would count them I had 10+ at any giving time... I used this sulfur treatment and the purito cica cream on top they went away! Anytime I see them coming back I use it a couple days and gone again... Great for hormonal acne too

I jst try 1 day on nixoderm green soap on the body. Smell, foam accepted but i not sure why before and after bath feel itchy a bit like dotted(no colo) and its add white to ur skin. Can i know this why. My skin type dry and purposely use for low acne, ringworm and due to sweaty.

It dries out my pimples almost instantly. When i use it on any swollen inflamed pimples i have, like 5 minutes later the inflammation is almost completely gone

Don't think it will kill the mites, there is a soap on the shelf for it. Lather and don't rinse for 5 minutes.

@skynfyx But how can one make them to be as gentle as possible to be used on the face without turning the skin alkaline as most bar soaps are alkaline in nature and not fit to be used on the face?
