You did a lovely tour, but that apartment felt beyond claustrophobic to me. They did a great job with the kitchen tho, still a little on the small side, but much bigger than I was expecting. If I were to buy this I'd want to renovate it from 3 bedrooms to 2, they just seemed so cramped. Especially the primary bedroom. Also the rooms could use more closet space
@@sevaovidiu7117, no I haven't. It is a beautiful city tho, so I know if I were to move there I wouldn't complain about the sizes of rooms. I'm just used to homes with wide open spaces & very high rooms. I'm also sort of claustrophobic, so the rooms probably appear smaller than they actually are
Yes, more closet space needed. Some of the rooms are too narrow. The entrance area is very ordinary. The dining table is too close to the gas heater. Where is the laundry? Is there parking? It might be a good location but I would hope one could do better for the money.
God what a mess. I didn't want to be negative about the place but I have to be, otherwise as a viewer I am being taken for a fool by the developers as well. Talk about sqeezing every last penny out of a development, it just makes me annoyed that people think they can get away with doing that. Those windows bringing naturally light into that very narrow and oppressive living room will have to be covered to give the occupants privacy. So those wonderful Portland stone buildings won't be seen (only on window cleaning days). No thought on design, shocking. It's laid out like an office with what looks like space been taken up with passageways at the expense of the living areas.
I was going to make similar comments. This isn’t a £4m+ property considering what else are on the market. The living room is small narrow and bedrooms without proper windows. My prediction is by mid 2023 this will be reduced in price and still remains on the market.
@@BH-2 Hope so. The size of the master bathroom is ridiculous compared with the living rooms and Gaggenau appliances are nice but the position of the oven on the edge of a run looks comical. Jesus the developers are having a laugh, do they expect someone who is splashing out 4.3 mil on a flat to have no possessions? because those wardrobes in bedroom one and two wouldn't fit my daughters Balenciaga collection in.
@@philcliffe6909 I think the developers were using mindset from about 4/5 years ago when they were developing this apartment. It used to be the case that 'anything' sells in Prime Central London as the prices keep going up. I don't think that's the case for some time already.
@@BH-2 Good point, yes. I would have had one less bedroom and used some of those small outdoor spaces then paid for an interior designer to create a space people could not say no to. They could probably still have got nearer the money they were asking, as well.
Wow, for a house at such hefty price tag, it’s so average throughout. At 1/10 of the price, you can buy a bigger, better house elsewhere. For once, I’m not jealous of this multi-millionaire’s home. 😂
Hi Toby, congratulations on your 10K subscribers, your presentations are always on the money, even though many of us watching cannot afford most of these properties but it gives us great ideas if you intend doing existing home renovations !!! Great job and good luck in the future…. Cheers !
The apartment didn't blow me away, It needs laundry facilities at that price , and a home office. There are 3 bed apartments with more outside space and fixtures and fittings in the vernacular.
I dont know how i did not find you earlier. Toby you are a natural, I really enjoy your Art and presentation, arguably the no.1 Real estate presenter on the tube.
A well presented video. But, there has to come a time when space over postcode prevails, when your spending £4.5M on a 12ft wide lounge and 12 foot wide dining area..in an apartment block.
hey Toby ! i have just stumbled across your channel and have loved n subbed , Your content is fab, i have such an interest in what the insides of expensive houses look like, and how people live. Living in london myself, these are flats and houses that i would never be able to rent (let alone buy). Really amazing !
Wonderful apartment, the space has been very cleverly designed and feels cosy, spacious and serene, especially considering its' location so close to the hustle and bustle of Covent Garden.
Didn’t like the primary bedroom design. That bed was in a strange place making the room really cramped with no real room for the bedside tables meaning he had to walk sideways to get through. I can imagine the number of bruises you would have from constantly walking into them.
Impressive and very elegant design. However, it looks like a huge luxury prison cell. Especially the bedrooms. Lack of natural light except for the reception area.
Is this a leasehold ahhhhhhhhh! I would rather buy an Oyster sailboat thank you with the money. Hang out at the marina at Monaco and move with the seasons.
I would not want to live in covent garden. Especially buying something so expensive. It is a good place for a night out , but it is way too busy to enjoy a quite life and live comfortably. And too many people crapping on the streets , smell of wee everywhere. You will get awoken by people screaming and shouting in the middle of the night.
Very narrow. "The resception room is 12 metres wide! So imagine that!" Bruh, he's sitting in it, what are you talking about? Looks like a bowling alley .
There's no place for home library, some people love to read and collect books, you know. 😄Just where should they store a great amount of their books - in the closet with shoes and clothes? )))The bedrooms are really small and narrow. The balcony has no view on the city at all - and that's ridiculous! The only good thing in this appartment is the kitchen and I liked the bathrooms, too. Though a narrow window in one of the bathrooms doesn't make any sense: you cant't see anything outside and you can't squeeze through it to get on the balcony.🙃
I'm sorry probably owing to the fact i'm italian .... such apartments ..are terrible!!!!!! They are " cold" ... Probably useful for" business meeting" only!!!
Congrats on your 10k subs! Great presentation as always but I dunno… I know what you’re really paying for in this apartment is the location but still. Not worth it. The market in london terrible
This looks more like a crash pad some multimillionaire would buy for occasional trips to London or their offspring to live in during a study trip to the capital. You probably wouldn’t want to live here full time even if the location is as central as you can get.
4million this has odd sized rooms, the dimensions are wrong odd, I would find it difficult to live in. my house has better sized rooms. for such a high price this place is still a NO, for me a shame as I do like Covent garden.🥲🥲
The apartment reminds me of a drawer. It's very claustrophobic. Even the terrace has a blocked view.

Christina, clearly you never rented in London lol.

Awesome thank you!
Nice location and an ok property
I was craving so bad for a new tour. Thank you so much for this Toby! Amazing as always 👏

Love the big windows😍
And they love you!
Every time i see your videos, i ask myself is toby a robot! love the videos btw
If ever there was an advertisement to cash in and move out of London! This place is ghastly!
flat ok... drone shots are amazing :)
Thank you for sharing this beautiful home..
Thank you. Happy New Year to you.☺☺
Amazing content as always Toby!! Always enjoy how in-depth your tours are. Where do you get your suits from? You always dress immaculately

Thanks Redwan, glad you enjoyed it!

Cosy 'and' spacious... what like a tiny warehouse?
@@philcliffe6909 Yes exactly!
Great job Toby!! ⭐️
Thank you! 😃
Next door to the Hercules Pillars pub? Very handy
Wonderful tour Toby
I like this apartment, I could see myself living there. Great job Toby!
Wow, what a beautiful apartment. Is It freehold?.

I would love to see you walk through a video of 62 avenue road
Great vid, but 4mill for this outrageous!!!😅
Location location location....
Absolutely stunning 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Appreciate the comment!
Beautiful...
wow really great for small families

Wonderful
Looks like an hotel with about just as much character
assure luxury in the home The ark of the home count inn delicacy in the post in office intrañce Too dark 🕶️🌑🕶️
Some odd design decisions and what is with the bare light bulb in the kitchen? Also bulbs on sticks is now a bit passe.
This is one reason not to trust estate agents that reception room was 12 metres long ,not wide ✊️☮️
Legend,best on UA-cam
Appreciate your comment!

Lovely apartement, would buy for £1.5m, lol
Great channel. Not wow'd by the apartment.
Appreciate the comment!
It’s nice and I guess you’re paying for the location.
Great interior design but what is the £12k per year service charge for? No amenities were mentioned are we just giving the freeholder money for free?
Is this a leasehold ahhhhhhhhh! I would rather buy an Oyster sailboat thank you with the money. Hang out at the marina at Monaco and move with the seasons.
Appreciate the comment Christa, stay tuned for more!
That will be to clean those beautiful big windows. Bargain.
Cool
Ridiculously narrow living area, small bedrooms with no storage for clothes, tiny bathrooms - nah…
Absolutely stunning apartment mate. Will be in touch if my numbers come in tomorrow night 😊
Very interesting!!! AMAZING PLACE
long a narrow front room , small beds not for me, htey would have done better to go for two bedroms
Wouldn't even pay a million for that. London housing market is unreal. Zero chance they're getting their asking price in the current economy.

Any negative comments here could never touch anything like that
Pretty ugly property as for 4,350 mil but your video was well made. Thanks
I would hate to live above a shop, what happens if it closes down and that means the value of your property sky dives to zero
Its a bowling alley
Your channel and video is really nice. Any advice for a new luxury agent
Thank you for watching! Trevor Banbury has great advise coming in his new book!
Worth about a million over priced😅
Price in usd please
Think it’s roughly over $6 million give or take a few hundred thousand dollars😅
Very narrow. "The resception room is 12 metres wide! So imagine that!" Bruh, he's sitting in it, what are you talking about? Looks like a bowling alley .
Love
Bathrooms are absolutely stunning and lovely. The rest of it....I'm just not feeling it
12 metres wide 🤔 12 metres long and 3 metres would be a better description.
🥲😢😭

Yeah. But they are in Dubai
@@joshallan5195 yeah, better weather lol

Terrible design and apartment
Where to begin with the awfulness of this place. £4.35m and your living room has the width of a hallway. Still on the market in 2024 I see.
Claustrophobic and tad interiors.
I'm so sick of taking historical places and put in modern design !
