I too have struggled with intrusive thoughts,depression and anxiety to God be the glory i feel stable again i lean on God everyday,read the bible,pray and never give up! In the suffering i didint know how i would get through it but i did without any meds thanks be to God! I hope this gives you hope just like many brothers and sisters that gave me hope through their testimonies at the time i was going through it.God bless you

My brother. I am so so happy that I stumbled upon your channel. I have dealt with panic attacks, anxiety, and agoraphobia for 18 years. I’m 36 years old now. I’ve had my ups and downs through the years. I was an alcoholic for all of those 18 years because I felt it helped give me courage to deal with these feelings. About 4 months ago I came home from work one day early because I had a panic attack and was super hungover. I layed on my bed and cried out to God right then and there that I was done drinking and I want to change my life and live for him. I have always believed and grew up in church but never walked to walk. Since that day I have not had a sip of alcohol. However the panic attacks and anxiety got worse. I had to stop working because I just couldn’t function. It was complete torture trying to stay at work. These past 4 months have been the hardest thing I have ever been through and I wouldn’t wish this upon anyone. However, my relationship with God is better than it has ever been. I am Bible studying and listening to sermons and your channel and going to church when I’m able. I am going to get through this but when I do all the glory will go to God. If he wasn’t here with me going through this I have no idea where I would be right now. I’m going to come out of this on the other side a way better man. I don’t know when or how but I trust God’s timing and the plans he has for my life. I have learned ALOT these past 4 months. I just want to say thank you so very much for making this channel and these videos. It’s a nice feeling knowing that I’m not the only Christian that has to take this same walk. And your advice and reference to scriptures are so very helpful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and when I finally do get a handle on this thing I want to help others going through this same very thing. I know how painful and scary and just completely awful this monster is. I used to say if but now I say when because I truly believe I will be delivered from this.
Amen, you show so much courage, your are not alone, God is good and when we get to know him more and more, we see his character, we see his healing and compassion, I still have days, and each of us it may be different but is NOT pleasant, just knowing there is great purpose in the pain helps, he has shown me so much through this and if I had not been in the trial I would not be where I am today in my walk with the Lord and you would be the same. Amen to that. and we thank the Lord that he is using Aaron to really encourage and strengthen us in faith. remember and God is faithful he will not allow us to be tempted beyond our ability to remain firm, stay with the promises, thankfulness, praise which are all warfare weapons, listen to testimonies of others that have gone through it will increase your faith. I think it's so encouraging to know that other brothers and sisters in Christ do suffer from these mental issues and can come together to encourage each other. It means a lot that you can minister to us because you know how we feel bc you went through it too. Sometimes in churches, we're taught we should always be happy and whole and I know for myself I was scared to even talk to anyone about my anxiety for fear they'd think I wasn't saved. Well, just because I suffer from depression and anxiety doesn't mean I'm not saved or that I don't love God. It only means I'm human and I need a Savior, Jesus Christ. I'm thankful that He showed you where your gift is and how to use it. I pray He will continue using you because you're helping a lot of people with your videos.
