You missed a much bigger hint at the end. When the camera pans out from the garden party you will see the garden is in the shape of the other mothers face. This is not a theory. She is trapped.
@@djillys1051 in the other world it was, because everything was made for her, but in the real world, it's the beldam. The Theorizer made a similar theory. According to him, the beldam was a real person, and one of the first settlers in Oregon, but then she found the well which is apparently another portal. The beldam had the other citizens build her the Pink Palace so she could live there. Then, the beldam found the well which is another portal, and fell into it.
You have to remember that we still haven’t really seen the Beldams true form. Over the past 100 years she’s been about to lure children not just by “making things better” but by the fact that she looks like the children’s actual mothers. Even when she’s “falling apart and decaying” she’s still able to have a resemblance of Coralines mother. So say that it’s the others face in garden is a little unlikely, considering the face resemblance is close to Coraline and Coraline looks like her mom.
Making up a song about Coraline. She's a peach, she's a doll, she's a pal of mine. She's as cute as a button in the eyes of everyone whoever laid their eyes on Coraline. When she comes around exploring, mom and I will never ever make it boring. Our eyes will be on Coraline.

My brain: How did they do it? What's the BACKSTORY? What's the coraldoor and the other mother? Why does the coral door glow when the mother is fine but when she loses her power and edentity the coral door loses its color? The BACKSTORY's about the boy/ghost? Etc...
I mean if some random girl calls me about a pocket dimension in her house that has a demon that wants to remove her eyes and replace them with buttons, i'd come, not for those reasons but for a drug check on her like damb
A nod to this is notice the drink that coraline has when she challenges the other mother? It's hot chocolate. In the book, the cop coraline talks to reccomended a cup of hot chocolate after having a "bad nightmare" which the other mother makes for coraline when she returns to the other world.
I don’t really have any way to prove this at all, but I think the other Wybie and other father are actually real people who got taken in to her world and got the buttons sewed and she actually kept those people to help her take other people
I personally feel bad for the other dad the most because in the movie he actually tried to warn coraline but hands machine things kept him quiet. Plus the fact he was forced to try to kill coraline
I know many people have commented on this before, but I'll just put it here for consistency. First off, Coraline DOES call the police. But they tell her that she's being silly, and they leave. For the movie, there was supposed to be a scene where the police do in fact show up at the Pink Palace but they leave soon after telling Coraline to 'stop playing pranks'. They actually storyboarded this part, so it should be included in with the Special Features whenever you buy the CD. This was most likely left out of the movie due to time constraints, but it's still there and was meant to be added in. Second, Wybie is a movie-only character. He does not exist in either the book or the comic (which btw you also left out of your theory). My guess is that he was put in to fool Coraline into staying, without making her realize what exactly was really going on. And also possibly to fill up the spots where they left out the other stuff from the book. Ok, now onto my own thoughts: I do believe Coraline is indeed trapped in the Other World, but she wasn't at first. The Beldam actually allowed her to go back the first couple of nights, so she could want to stay in the Other World even more. Of course, when Coraline tried to go back on her own, this is when the Beldam forced her to stay by possibly blocking the exit and putting up a fake one that just looped back around. Then she constructed the 'game', allowing Coraline to feel like she was in control and that she actually won. Sure, she sacrificed the other ghost kids getting away...but then again, maybe she only feeds on their body's energy instead of soul energy and this is why she makes them put on the buttons (so she can start taking away their energy without outright killing them). Anyways, Coraline ends up 'winning' and supposedly escapes the Other World. But then we see the screen pan out, and the garden is in the shape of Coraline's face. Now, remember that the Beldam made the garden to please Coraline. And since you can only see the design from up above, this is one detail the Beldam wouldn't need to change. Plus, her parents are suddenly just SO happy and apparently have all the time in the world for Coraline...remember, the dad does in fact have a job (he's a writer). Plus, if you follow another theory, they moved because they tried to get money by faking a small car accident (which is why the mom has a neck brace - she got hurt in the accident) and they ended up losing the case. Not to mention that her parents were already on-edge before, so such a sudden switch (especially if they don't remember when they were captured and what happened while they were gone) is really jarring. So, yeah, Coraline is still trapped in the Other World and she's being slowly killed by the Beldam. Though I do agree that Coraline may find out at some point, it will be too late by then and she'll most likely be dead when that happens.
Fun fact: At the beginning of the movie when the other mother was untying the doll, it was the doll that was used to spy on the grandma’s sister and when she was untying the doll the other mother is singing but her voice is deep and kinda raspy which means that, that was the voice of the “other grandma” but as she starts to sew Coraline’s doll her voice changes to a softer tone pitch to match Coraline’s mom voice.
Mr. Myth the books were spectacular ofc, and the movies obviously cant be as long as the books and thats why it may have seemed like the movies werent as good. all the actors fit the characters exceedingly well and the movies were greatly produced and directed!
If you look carefully When Coralines other parents wanted to sew buttons to her eyes, and she pushed the buttons away, coralines other father looks excited, as if he knows it’s bad but is doing what he is told.
Yeah I think other mother has control in the sense that she made them and can make them dissappear but not full control over their actions which is the ones that get to know and love coralline like whybe and the dad can rebel and that’s why whybe won’t smile and she has to force him to by sewing his face and why the dad almost slips up really early but the piano covers his mouth
In the book the cat's ability to dissappear is explained. According to the cat himself, there are many other ways in and out of the Beldam's world besides the door and he enjoys going in and out of that world whenever he feels like it. When he disappears he is going in or out of the other world. When he disappears at the end of the movie he is travelling between the two worlds. Hope that cleared things up!
I think she did escape but remember how Wybie had said that in the well, day was night and night was day? Well past the door day is night and night is day. Let’s just remember how Coraline had sent the other mother’s hand and key down into the well. I think you know where I’m going with this. *It’s not over.*
@@christianellul2267 she can get up with her hand while holding the key then get in her house and unlock the little door and get her hand to her body Edit:nvm they put a rock over her
The mother isn't always in control because remember when Wyby wasn't smiling and she told him to smile but he wouldn't so she tied his mouth like that. She wasn't in control then she had to force him to smile..
@@calebshepherd8435 hmmmm... I guess so but when that happened no one was watching cause scoreline had already gone inside so who was she trying to mess with???
@@calebshepherd8435 true this was my thoughts. The other mother was smart cause she just pretended not to be in control but in reality she really was controlling them. Including the other dad. There's no way a little girl can beat an experienced witch- like creature. At least that's what I thought. Maybe Coraline did not really escaped.
Nah, the Other Wybie definitely had a mind of his own. Remember when he dropped his smiling act after he and Coraline returned from the theatre? Coraline never caught him frowning, but the Beldam did and told him to keep smiling. He was genuinely unhappy and didn't want to take part in the Beldam's plans.
exactly the other wybie no longer was being controlled by the other mother and was already dying thats why he couldnt go into the other world, similar to how the cat easily can kill those mice and reveal them to be rats made out of sand. once the other mother loses control over one of her creations, then thats when they die. He would die if he stepped into her world
I noticed a detail, But I honestly don’t know what it means. In the beginning of the movie, coraline wants to find an old well. She stepped in a circle of mushrooms that circles around the well and a circle of mushrooms are called a fairy ring. There are many stories about fairy rings but I’m going for the most popular ones. According to many English and Celtic tales, any human who enters a fairy ring will be forced to dance with the creatures, unable to stop until they go mad or perish of exhaustion. Another folklore story is that you should never step into a fairy ring, as you may become invisible or become trapped there forever There’s more info about fairy circles and you can search it up but I don’t get why they put it there and why they made coraline step in it
Other Wybie's hand doesn't blow off because he's near the door. It's because the entire world is falling apart. The Cat doesn't have supernatural powers when he walks about that tree. He's just familiar with the holes in the Other Mother's reality.
Exactly! The world was falling apart because the Beldam was losing her power, so how in god’s name would she be able to maintain this world Coraline is supposedly trapped in when she couldn’t even maintain the small world she built for her towards the end? These theories have too many holes
I know they changed the film but didn’t the cat in the book say that the Other Mother cannot create things, only twist and change them? If that’s the case, she’d have been unable to create an exact copy of the real world.
With the things you have presented here allow me to say this: 1. Mice/rats are much smaller and less complex to keep together and are mindless animals for the beldam to control. 2. Other wybie and other father have more complex bodies and actual personalities. The bodies could be easily controlled but their minds couldn't. That's why the other father apologizes while attacking Coraline and its possible for the mind to be stronger than the body allowing other wybie, who was made as a friend for coraline to play with and trust, to have the most control over himself and help coraline escape. 3. The cat could just be a supernatural being all its own like the Cheshire cat allowing it to teleport with ease in the real world, or there could be much smaller other portals that it can go through but the beldam can not use. 4. Ms. Fink and Forcible are eccentric and interesting women as well as growing older their minds were more focused on their wanting to help Coraline. They probably think that the police wouldnt of helped which they don't especially not in the book. 5. The beldam couldnt of made a second world to trap Coraline in because she was losing her powers which stem from the victims she traps and sew the buttons into. She had already consumed all that she could from the ghost children we see and couldnt of possibly made the world we see Coraline escape into because she literally doesnt have the power to do so. And those are my bullets to sort of counter your theory
Another theory: What if "while Coraline was finding the ghosts' eyes, Beldam went to the real world and fully controlled it?" Just look at it, When Coraline returned to the other world, her parents has been kind to her all of a sudden without any explanations, maybe because they were in a good mood after the promotion or something but they comepletely act like the other parents.
I feel like going back to the real world and fully controlling it while Coraline was finding the ghosts' eyes would be something that the Beldam would do, however I don't think she would go there and make it all nice. I think that if she went back there to control it, then she would make it awful. So awful that it would make the world SHE created seem much better, therefore making Coraline want to go back to it.
The cat wants to go between worlds to show her shes still trapped, but the other mother found a way to mute the cat, however she cant take away all his abilities, by switching between realms the cat wants her to follow him back
So Coraline went missing like Whiby's grandmother's twin sister. This made this a sad movie because I feel bad for her parents :( They think that her last memories with them was of them being moody and telling her to leave them alone. And how everyone reacted to her going "missing". EDIT: I think the cat was collabing with the mother, because of how he says nothing (to make it seem normal) to her. And what happened to her?? What would happen when she grew up (if she can) and becomes aware?
Maybe one of the souls or one of the kids with no eyes was Whiby’s grandmothers twin sister and she snuck into that house or got into the other world but didn’t escape
Phoenix AndIris Well duh there are pictures throughout the movie showing what the grandmother’s sister looked like, and she’s the one who stayed behind to warn about the hand
The creepiest thing about the book that I kinda wish was in the movie was The Rats actual song they sing to her 😳😳😳 And how the song changes depending on which world she’s in
I was like 3 and when I moved to a new house I was pleasantly surprised that I saw a small door there (it was the small heater for water) and I could role play as coraline when ever I wanted
When I was little I wondered what if she didn’t escape and that the ‘present time’ at the end of the movie was just an illusion. It messed me up so bad for a few months.
Yeah but I think I found a leak in the theory. Because in the beginning, where the other father plays his song for Coraline, which IS a warning, she felt safe in the lther mothers world and there was no reason for the other mother to guide her figures to help coraline. So I think that when even in the beginning Coraline was warned, that the other father really tries to help her...
Imagine how her parents feel, knowing the last few weeks with their daughter was full of arguments, and ignoring her before never seeing her again. They would probably be regretting for the rest of their lives for not acting differently and getting closer to her when they had the chance.
On the cake, at the end, it says “welcome home” the “o” in the home is double crossed and when an o is double crossed, it means the person is lying. This means that that she is welcome but she is not home (this theory is from jessi vee,, i think)
Same when I was younger I didn't even watch it all my mum joke me about it and now I know why it's Northampton scary cause I used to help my mum play Skyrim even if now when I play it I find a giant running up my stairs scaring me half to death
Ok but my question is, if that was a made up world when she thought she escaped how did the beldam watch her? I mean she didn’t have the doll, she burnt the dad puppet and wybie came he didn’t have button eyes? AND ms. Spink and forceable gave her the item that got her to leave. What I think is that once the beldam realised she escaped she said “I’ll die without you” I have a feeling coraline will become the next beldam. Even if she did drop the key into the portal the beldam did say she would die. So whoever actually makes that univers that world stay there (which I don’t think is the beldam) slowly killed the beldam as she went bonier and bonier as coraline refused. So if the beldam did die... coraline might have to be the next beldam.
I actually thought about the fact that at the very end, the cat walks and dissapeares like it was able to do, on the other side... which means she IS trapped
@@schemeraims4991 I read the graphic novel and the cat makes a statement that he cant go through those mini portals anymore because the bedlam is losing her strength and the other world is falling apart but when coraline" escapes"from the other mother" the last page of the book inference to us that the cat is going through those portals so what he said was contradicting
In the movie it shows that the other mother (the beldam) tells the mute wybe to smile. It shows that the beldam is losing control over wybe, and she had to sew his mouth into a smile because he wanted to help coraline. Therefore, he was trying to help coraline but the bedlam probably figured out he helped her go to the real world, and make his hand into sawdust so he couldn't leave. In conclusion, I believe that the mute Wybe was controlling his own emotions and not the Beldam. He was actually on Coroline's side.
@@Anonymous-Lmfao yeah they have to be. no director will accept it if the movie is 100% like the book because you could just watch the money or just read the book, it’s suppose to be a marketing deal between the writer and director(s)
Some potential counterpoints: 1. Other father and other Wybie were modeled to be close to their real world counterparts, who each cared for Coraline, so it’s possible that the good aspects in their personalities were able to rebel against the Beldam. 2. Rats and mice are pretty easy to create compared to a complex person, and the Beldam specifically created them to lure Coraline, so she probably exerted more energy to make sure they could travel across the portal, whereas she intentionally didn’t give the other Wybie that ability as a possible fail-safe. 3. The reason the aerial view of the garden looks like the Beldam’s face is most likely alluding to the Beldam being there since the creation of the house, or even long before it, and her presence being felt there for an untold amount of time. 4. The cat disappearing at the end could be seen as a possible way of saying “the magic and the Beldam are still out there”, which is mildly ominous, but not necessarily confirming that they’re still in the magic world. It could also have to do with the cat itself perhaps being like a Hocus Pocus type where it existed for a very long time because of a previous confrontation with the Beldam. It’s a perfectly fine theory, but I don’t think it holds up.
Someone did a theory on coraline that the 'sand' was actually soul sand from the ghost kids when she "ate up their lives" and when the other father gives her the ghost eye and other wybie helps her escape is because the beldam filled them with so much of this soul sand that they could disobey her and actually feel real feelings and know what shes doing is wrong whereas the mice/rats don't
I mean, that theory would give me more comfort tbh 😅😂 Cause this theory is fucked up. I remember people going crazy of the cat at the end, claiming that meant she didn't escape. I honestly just thought it was something they threw in just to be cool idk 😂😂
One major hint you forgot to mention that goes along with your theory! Near the end of the movie, the Beldam transforms herself to look exactly like Coraline's real mother without the button eyes. Then transforms back to her taller Beldam look when Coraline goes to hug her. Though, I always suspected Coraline was tricked into thinking she was back home when she first went to bed in the made-up bedroom instead of going back through the little door after her first dinner with the Beldam. The Beldam intercepts Coraline when she tells the Beldam she has to go back to mother number one. From there, the Beldam leads Coraline up to the made up bedroom upstairs in her realm. Coraline sleeps in that bed and appears to wake up back in her bedroom, which I think it's still actually the bedroom from the Beldam's realm. Also, the Beldam has sleeping agents inside the food Coraline is fed the first time Coraline meets her. No telling how long Coraline slept in the made-up bedroom, long enough for the Beldam to modify her realm to look more like the real world while Coraline sleeps!
But coraline did escape in the end because she took the souls the other mother was feeding on and using to create the world there is no way the other mother has enough energy to create duplicates of every one of her duplicates
But she had already fed on there souls and sucked the life out of them so she had no use for them but she made them apparent for coraline because she knew that coraline would try to save them and when she so called released them they went right back into the other mothers hand, giving coraline a false sense of security. Because think about it ,the three ghost children belonged to the other mother they had the buttons sewn into there eyes THEY ARE THE OTHER MOTHERS.
I just thought what if coraline is secretly the other mother but in a diffrent paralel universe called the other BAD ENDING where the story repeats and repeats until she went insane enough to eat children ' s souls.
I also have a theory! Whenever you said that Wybie would turn to a ragdoll, what if there was another Coraline? Wybie would turn to a ragdoll. So wouldn't Coraline too if she was orginally in that world? I think that your theory may be true, because I imagine the Coraline Ragdoll, may be the future Coraline, as in, she thought she escaped, she tried to truly escape, but had lost, for good. As time passes, Time collapses. As time Collapses, it goes to the past before time, how would the other mother know anything without her puppets on the string? How did she lower the other 3 ghosts into the world in the first place? By making Ragdolls of their future. And in the end, nothing matters, It is what it is. Also, how would the cat get into the other world? It can't just open a window. It has its own Way too. I feel like it was working with The other mother, at one point and then they became enemies. Thats why he can still get in and out of the world
For me, Coraline won and escaped from the Other Mother. 1. The Other mother created the doll to spy on Coraline's life in order to create a world that she will love. When you see the Beldam creating the doll, you just see her hands not her face. So we don't know her real face and we know that the spider form is her true form. We can suggest that she was saving energies during this time. 2. So in order to trap Coraline, the Beldam used all the power that she had from Miss Lovat's sister. But when Coraline refused the buttons, the Beldam started to be more and more weak. She was losing power on the Other father and Wybie. And when Coraline won all the ghosts's eyes, the Other world destroyed itself. For me, it is impossible for the Beldam to create an illusion of the real world for Coraline. She didn't have the energy. 3. As said, the Other mother knows what Coraline needs thanks to the doll. But, the doll only visited the Pink Palace, not the whole city. How could the Other mother create an entire city if she doesn't know how it looks like? Remember, at the end the whole family goes to the pizza restaurant. 4. The other mother thinks that the little door is the only way to trap children. The cat said that she can't find the other portals to stop him. This why at the end, the hand is focused on the door as the only portal. The cat knows more. He is, also, a black cat which was linked before to witches and witchcraft. So I think he is a protector of the real world and the other world. This why he can travel at the end of the movie. Also if the well was a portal, he would have stopped Coraline and Wybie to get rid of the key. And for the image of the garden, for me it is Coraline's face. Because of the ressemblance to Coraline. Because she won, making her the true captain of her life. And because we don't know the real face of the other mother.
I've always felt bad for the Other Father. He was actually trying to warn Coraline that she needs to leave and to not come back. He was just a puppet for the Other Mother to use. He seemed to be the only person/thing there that actually seemed to care about Coraline's well being, besides the cat.
@i.am.peachy Wybie actually tricked coraline into thinking she was in the real world but she was actually in the other world bcz when she actually gets back to the real world the time is the same and the others don't remember
ʀʏᴀɴ ᴋɪɴɢ I also believe other wybie was also worried about Coraline despite claims saying he wanted to “trick” her. The scene before Coraline is presented the button earrings, we see other wybie frowning and the other mother’s annoyed expression. Perhaps because she hasn’t gotten her the buttons on in time, she was losing control of her magic.
@@ivorypetals2357 He tricked her because the mom makes them put the buttons and control's them im guessing so he leads her into a fake world maybe that wasen't the right THE REAL world,

In short, it needs a sequel but then at the same time it dosent...
I know this was made like 2 years ago, but incase you haven't noticed, you were saying the other father was attacking her as in he specifically when the gloves from the piano were being worn by him and controlling him on the mechanical mantis.
In the book she did call the cops and they said "Stop being silly" and I believe that they made a part in the movie where cops come to tell her to stop. AND if you watched the video he explains it .__.
the only reason i thought she didnt rlly escape was cuz 1: the cat teleports in the real world which he can only do in the other world 2: the other mother's hand was able to go to the real world but the other wybie couldnt which was off
Well, that's different. The Beldam MADE everyone. She isn't really one of them. She should be able to come and go throughout the world as she pleases. She's not made of that sand stuff, which we can clearly see. She's made of needles and bones. So, yeah. Other Wybie was one of her creations. He couldn't do that.
The most persuasive evidence that Coraline had never truly left was her squid plushie. In the real world, the plushie's top sported a triangular shape, but in the other world, it featured a cat ear design. As the movie concluded, seemingly marking Coraline's escape, the plushie in her room no longer had a triangular top but instead had the cat ears, just like the other world.

Ok, now onto my own thoughts:
I do believe Coraline is indeed trapped in the Other World, but she wasn't at first.
Rhianna Tanski I looked back into the movie about the garden in the real world, and my god it’s so creepy now

So I like this idea, but in present time the grandma is the missing twins sister. So that would mean the Beldam in the beginning was the twins mom…?
I used to have a crack theory that the grandma was involved.

Every theory channel “Coraline did not escape”

But the garden at the end tho
for me its just look exactly like the first one but when the cat disappear it makes me believe shes not escaped
Also the writers: *makes a whole quiz theory*
I think she did escape but remember how Wybie had said that in the well, day was night and night was day? Well past the door day is night and night is day. Another folklore story is that you should never step into a fairy ring, as you may become invisible or become trapped there forever
There’s more info about fairy circles and you can search it up but I don’t get why they put it there and why they made coraline step in it
Other Wybie's hand doesn't blow off because he's near the door.
With the things you have presented here allow me to say this:

Another theory:
What if "while Coraline was finding the ghosts' eyes, Beldam went to the real world and fully controlled it?"
Just look at it, When Coraline returned to the other world, her parents has been kind to her all of a sudden without any explanations, maybe because they were in a good mood after the promotion or something but they comepletely act like the other parents.
I belive she never went to the real world instead she went to a diffrent floor/level of the otger world
@@cassiegoodall6325 I feel like you are just taking that off of another theory that was made about the levels crap
2WICEBTS54 you’re forgetting that the real mother still hates dirt when they come back. The other parents love dirt
Who the fuck is Belsen?

I hate this argument. There's a difference between realism and closeness to reality. Coraline should be relatable but the fictional world shouldn't.
CodyScriblyn that’s the joke
SophiaCat it's a joke smh
Yeah but I think I found a leak in the theory. Because in the beginning, where the other father plays his song for Coraline, which IS a warning, she felt safe in the lther mothers world and there was no reason for the other mother to guide her figures to help coraline. So I think that when even in the beginning Coraline was warned, that the other father really tries to help her...
I think wybie and the other father might be actual souls or something and they have a mind of their own, unlike the rest of the Beldams creations
Imagine how her parents feel, knowing the last few weeks with their daughter was full of arguments, and ignoring her before never seeing her again.
They would probably be regretting for the rest of their lives for not acting differently and getting closer to her when they had the chance.

Some potential counterpoints:

I mean, that theory would give me more comfort tbh 😅😂 Cause this theory is fucked up. I remember people going crazy of the cat at the end, claiming that meant she didn't escape. I honestly just thought it was something they threw in just to be cool idk 😂😂
@@jackskellington4198 XD
@@jackskellington4198 wouldn't the cat smiling as he left mean Coraline won though since he despises her?
soul sand? *minecraft confirmed*
My Favorite character is the cat.
only cause he's one of the most helpful.
and yes i've seen this movie like 43 times.
U ever notice the cat disappears behind the sign at the end??
Or because your profile pic is a cat?
My chicken is called coraline

But if she didnt escape, the three souls she "released" couldn't actually be released if she is still trapped
No, not really. If you listen to the music at the end, after it pans out on the sinister smile in the garden the music becomes more creepy.

Thats why he can still get in and out of the world
At the start of the movie you see the Coraline doll being made...
Tweek MyNaMeIsDoRk there is another coraline, but it’s in the form of the doll
He seemed to be the only person/thing there that actually seemed to care about Coraline's well being, besides the cat.
ʀʏᴀɴ ᴋɪɴɢ and Wybee
@i.am.peachy Wybie actually tricked coraline into thinking she was in the real world but she was actually in the other world bcz when she actually gets back to the real world the time is the same and the others don't remember
ʀʏᴀɴ ᴋɪɴɢ I also believe other wybie was also worried about Coraline despite claims saying he wanted to “trick” her. The scene before Coraline is presented the button earrings, we see other wybie frowning and the other mother’s annoyed expression. Perhaps because she hasn’t gotten her the buttons on in time, she was losing control of her magic.
@@ivorypetals2357 He tricked her because the mom makes them put the buttons and control's them im guessing
so he leads her into a fake world
maybe that wasen't the right THE REAL world,

This is a very good video. Wasn't there supposed to be a coraline 2?
Scorpio651 No, I don't think so, I recall the author of the book saying that he didn't want to write another book, there also meaning not being another movie, because Coraline is based of the book, if the author doesn't write another book, they can't make another one.
In short, it needs a sequel but then at the same time it dosent...
Scorpio651
Idk
Yes because the other mother is still alive because at the end the cat disappears in the sign and that means the other mother is still alive
No, but I know a really good movie that is told to have a sequel.
It was canceled:
I know this was made like 2 years ago, but incase you haven't noticed, you were saying the other father was attacking her as in he specifically when the gloves from the piano were being worn by him and controlling him on the mechanical mantis.
When I was a kid, I thought that in the movie, the other mother thought coralline was her kid. And that the doll was the other mothers kid.

Krampus’ ending doesnt have the family LITERALLY trapped its just a symbol that Krampus is watching them, thats my theory.

ew lol noooo. as a kid, I was soooo scared about the movie as a kid
I got terrified lol
Barely appropriate
the only reason i thought she didnt rlly escape was cuz
1: the cat teleports in the real world which he can only do in the other world
2: the other mother's hand was able to go to the real world but the other wybie couldnt which was off
Well, that's different. The Beldam MADE everyone. She isn't really one of them. She should be able to come and go throughout the world as she pleases. She's not made of that sand stuff, which we can clearly see. She's made of needles and bones. So, yeah. Other Wybie was one of her creations. He couldn't do that.
Beldam was once a human being, that explains why he can come out to the real world while the other creatures aren't because they are not from there
when I was typing a comment about coraline it brought up cocaine WTF

Uh oh STINKY
The most persuasive evidence that Coraline had never truly left was her squid plushie. In the real world, the plushie's top sported a triangular shape, but in the other world, it featured a cat ear design. As the movie concluded, seemingly marking Coraline's escape, the plushie in her room no longer had a triangular top but instead had the cat ears, just like the other world.
So she did escape?
@@SevereUwu She did not.
@@theprincipal2994 she probably did the way the film ended was happy so definitely she did who knows of mistakes were made like that. I’d say she did because the beldam would’ve been where she was.
