I have super thick woollen pile carpet at my place. After watching your reviews I ended up buying a second hand Bissell powerforce helix. It has great suction and even picks up stuff my neighbors Dyson doesn't. But the thing I like about it most is it's simple. You can take this thing apart with just a mid sized Phillips head screw driver. Try that with a shark or Dyson.
In my house, I have 2 Hoovers. A ONEPWR Emerge cordless for every day carpet cleaning and above floor cleaning. And an ancient bagged Windtunnel upright for a once a week deep clean.
My friend, the school bus driver, needs a cordless stick type to vacuum her bus. Currently, she has a broom, but you know how effective that is. She asked for my help, but I can't seem to find anything that's not going to break the bank! Any ideas?
@@cgarrrr2274i like the eureka rapid clean pro. it works very well and has a smaller cleaner head which would be great for a bus with a lot of nooks and crannies.
We have a hoover cordless which we bought from Argos. After 6 months use it is broken at the point of separation. It is now only useable in one piece. Argos wont refund after 30 days and Hoover are keeping us waiting for aftersales service 😢
I had a Bissell. I hated the darn thing it got so loud that I hated to vacuum it hurt my ears I need to find a quieter vacuum I can use when the baby is napping What should I look for in a vacuum i have a husky like dog
Idk dude sure seems to be working for me, I got a husky and a cat that shed not to mention a GF. My Dyson comes out near clean when I pass it once a week. The robot goes everyday
@@vacuumnerdswhy’s that? I bought a cheap manual vacuum with bags because it’s less cleanup but I like the idea of a robot to free up my time and have a cleaner apartment.
I just bought a Roborock robot vacuum, but thinking to buy a wet floor washer as well (e.g. Roborock Flexi Pro or Tineco S7 FlashDry) to clean my bathroom floors as I have 3 in the house and they can get messy, which one would you recommend?
Between a Dyson big ball and Miele C1? Is the big ball as good as regular Dyson? I’m looking for a corded vacuum (4000sqft all hardwood house), with a good capacity (lots of dog and cat hair), that I preferably dont have to deal with the changing bag inconvenience from regular canister vacuums, and also needs to be lightweight (going up downstairs while having lupus can be tricky) - so no upright. I already have an upright one and I hate the heaviness. I also have a robot vacuum upstairs and one downstairs for daily use. I want one for deep cleaning once a month. Thoughts?
The C1 is fairly light and it's very good with hardwood. It should be easier to handle than the Dyson since you're just pulling it behind yourself most of the time.
Hey I’m having troubling dexing between Shark AZ2002C Vertex DuoClean and Shark LA322 Navigator Lift-Away , what would you suggest? Or another better suggestion? Mainly for pet hair and hard wood floors
If weight is a factor go with the LA322. It's 12.3 lbs vs 16.3lbs. The duo clean head is better on the AZ2002 and it's a better vac overall, but it's more hefty too. amzn.to/4a42m94
I’ve been enjoying your videos a lot. I need advice on what type of vacuum to get. I have a 2 bedroom apartment with mostly hardwood with two medium sized rugs. I originally bought a bissell 3404 upright vacuum but it gives off a weird odor and doesn’t feel comfortable using. What vacuums would you suggest? Budget is $200, at max $250. Looking for something that can last at least 2 years
Check out the Kenmore 400 series. It's on sale right now. It should be reliable, and it's completely sealed which is important with pets. amzn.to/4aV40tH
Aww I need a new vacuum as I’m sick of them not working and wasting money. I’m looking at getting the Dyson Ball Animal Origin Upright Vacuum as I do have pets and most of the floor in carpet. Please if anyone can help I would greatly appreciated thank you ☺️
So I’ve watched a couple videos now and am still confused what to buy. I’m in an apt 95% carpet floors, small dog who sheds his weight in hair every day, I have long hair, and am basically allergic to the world. The more my dogs hair and dander, and lack of proper vacuuming I’m sure, builds up, the sicker I get any time I’m home. I’m still using my cordless bc I don’t have a lot of money to risk the wrong purchase. Please help. And at least I know now, that no matter how badly I want them, neither a cordless nor robot will work in my situation lol. Beyond that, I’m back to overwhelm😥
Sharks have tons of suction, but they dont brush my carpets (thick, high pile). My kirby is too powerful to put on a low settlng and get deep into the carpet, plus I love in a mid century modern house, many leveks and as everyone knows, the dam things weigh a ton. Cordless Dyson, the only time I vacuum for 15 min MAX is to clean a spot. Im still angry at that waste of money. Lol I have a 6ft closet filled with vacuums for every room in my house. I'd love a miele, but with xmas, I just can't spend that much. Im currently on the hunt for a strong suction that will agitate my thick, high pile carpets that doesnt break the bank.
Are those didgeridoos in the background? Robot vacuum was the dream but it didn't work for my house and dogs. I gave it to a friend and got a higher end canister vac.
I'm just here to say it's crazy they branded the actual scientific term for a handheld motor sucking machine. It should be called Vacume, this is like branding oil as electricity. I hope the video was informative.
By far the best UA-cam channel for all my vacuum needs. Keep up the great work guys!

Glad you enjoyed it!
All of them, I have a vacuum addiction😊
Amazing video, super cool channel! Thank you!
quick question can you do a video about what vacuums you normally use please.
That's not a bad idea. Of course, my house is probably different than a lot of other homes. We have only one small carpet, the rest is hardwood.
this was so helpful!
Glad it was!
No discussion about bagged vs bagless? 🙁
I found a vacuum that's cordless strong suction power even on eco and also a free gift mini motor tool

The Narwal S12 is very good. Otherwise, the Tineco is good too.
Dyson parts are also not available and they just discontinued V12 Slim version!
The V12 detect Slim is currently on sale on the Dyson website and also on Amazon.

The vacuums you have in Europe are quite different from here.

Why does everyone like shark vacuums? I've seen some comments, but never an explanation on why they don't like shark or to never get a shark :/

Don't. Just buy a high powered robot vacuum. Haven't had to clean or mop in a year and my floor is always spotless 🎉
It might work for some people, but if you have pets or much carpet most people will need something in addition to a robot.
