😂😂 that is hilarious! The truth is that I only film on days/times I know it’s slow because I don’t want to bother others. This day early on in filming there were a bit more people than usual, but everyone in my gym is so supportive and kind that they usually stay out of the way when I film a set🤍 so it seems like the gym is always dead but it’s really just a mix of strategic film day planning and kind gym-goers lol

Hunter. Lunges, split squats, any one leg movement legs don't have the strength to go down with control and up with out help. Any guidance as to how to move forward?

What do you think of doing lthe straddle lift with a land mine bar?
I personally haven’t tried it because the set up is a pain but I imagine it’d work just fine!💪

Short answer: yes, but it definitely isn’t the quickest way. If you want to maintain a deficit and grow your glutes it’s best to keep the deficit as minimal as possible. Think of it like this, you can be good at two things or great at 1. Pick the goal you want the most and focus hard at that, then switch goals!

Do u recommend wearing straps for rdls? I always find my forearms and wrists in pain or struggling to hold the bar
If your goal is to improve your grip strength then obviously no, but if your goal is hypertrophy and your grip and is getting in the way of that then yes! I use straps all the time in my training. They have their time and place💪

Why does she hold only one dumbbell for the Bulgarian squats,wouldn’t it be more effective with two?
Hey! If your goal is to specifically train your stabilizers in this position in this movement then not bracing would be best. Otherwise, No it doesn’t make it more effective and for strength purposes this way would technically be more “effective” because stability is no longer an issue. I hold 1 because I am using my other hand to stabilize. Think of it like this- If you hold 50 lbs in one hand or instead hold 25 lbs in each hand it’s still the same amount of resistance being added. The difference is weight distribution which would only really make a difference in stability. So holding 2 would help you balance better since the weight is distributed evenly on both sides; however, you can typically go heavier overall by holding 1 dumbbell and stabilizing with the other hand. This is just a strength training technique, like I say in the video - hold or don’t hold, whatever suits your goals💪
I also hold because this can be a risky movement for those with previous or continued knee issues/injuries which I’ve had so the confidence boost with a light hold is another bonus👍
