Technique matters, especially when it comes to big compound movements that are great for growing and targeting the glutes but can be challenging to focus on without other muscle groups taking over.     1. Abduction machine 3 x 15
    2. BB RDL 3 x 6 - 8
    3. BB CT Hipthrust 3 X 10 - 12
    4. Bstance RDL w/ Twist 3 X 10 each side
    5. Rounded Back Extension 3 x 15
    BURNOUT 1 x 50 INCLINE GLUTE BRIDGES

    Always a good day when hunter posts ! Love these tips I wish I had them when I first start building my glutes lol to avoid the unnecessary strains i had on my back 😂 cant wait to try them out !

    Your preparation and your presentation is by far the best I’ve ever seen. Honestly think you need to do that for a living, your training methods are above all else who also put out these types of videos also. You’re the best at this by a long shot.

    THAT was an awesome workout video. Very informative on what I’m supposed to be doing and where to feel the muscle connection. Will definitely be doing this one!! I’ve been doing 50 glute bridges x3 once or twice a week. Making some progress for sure! 🍑Thanks Hunter!

    How to balance v stand RDL? always big problem 😢

      Take your non working foot and slide it back to be in line with the heel of your planted foot. Then slide it out as wide as you need to feel comfortable and slightly rotate your toes out. Look at my stance for reference and make sure your non working foot placement is out wide enough to give you a solid base. Also hold your other arm out to the side. Those things should help along with practice💪
