How interesting that you were from the Azores Portugal😌It must be amazing for you living in Florida with the tropical outdoors garden. I'm an avid tropical plant grower. I grow everything I can😄🙌phalaenopsis, calatheas, hoyas, ceropegia, sansevieria, Z.Z. plants and outdoors cacti. My favourite are echinopsis because of their popular and scented flowers😉I have cross pollinated them to grow new interesting varieties. I'm happy I found you on UA-cam😄

I’m happy you posted about your Hoya Germany. I’ve had one for about two years and I have never met anyone else to have one in the US!! It seems to be a Hoya that people either don’t know about yet or is not popular just yet. Hands down my favorite out of my entire collection!! 😊

I have both meridithii and vitellinoides and I agree with you that they are different--meridithii has wavy leaves and vitellinoides does not.

Yes… they can get a lot bigger. As plant matures and optimal conditions, the leaves get quite large.
